The first foreign trip we arranged was a riotous weekend in Ostend in 1961. Our next tour abroad took place in 1966 and was a 5-day visit to Versailles and Paris. It cost all of 14.77! Subsequently we took travellers to Belgium and Holland and in 1974 we became full time Tour Operators when Brittany Ferries started their ferry operation from Plymouth.
From weekend visits to Brittany in those early days we evolved over the years to the point where we were running a regular twice-weekly shuttle service to the Costa Brava and Italian Riviera in conjunction with Trathens Holidays.

Services
This is our version of the Spanish Minicruise which we ran on behalf of Brittany Ferries for 11 years. We've renamed it Ocean Express to avoid any confusion with any similar programme the ferry company may decide to operate themselves. It's a simple affair - just a relaxing cruise across the Channel and into the Atlantic from Plymouth to Santander and back.
Once again we will be taking the Band to Green Spain, so called on account of its rolling meadows, extensive woodlands, tumbling streams and glorious sandy beaches dotted with rocky outcrops. It's a glimpse of the real Spain and you will be surprised at the landscape if you've never been here before.
Cantabria is one of the four Provinces that make up "Green Spain"and our destination is the small resort of Isla about 25 miles east of Santander. This scenic Province boasts golden beaches interspersed by rocky crags and behind the coastline is a land of meadows and rolling hills which ascend to the Picos de Europa mountains.
Our wildlife programmes offer some of the best wildlife watching from the open ocean to the mountain tops in the best birding areas of Northern Spain, renowned for its birding diversity and the opportunity to experience the splendour of the ocean. The sea element offers both cetaceans and Pelagic birds and details of sightings within the programmes will be provided within each of our 5 or 8 day holidays.

All Good Until Mini Van from Portsmouth to Plymouth. We were picked up by a mini bus that was really filthy and I mean disgusting. The seats and linings were black with soot (or similar) the interior leaked from the exhaust and I had to breath through a slightly open window which was awful as I have asthma. Some charming person had been picking their nose and wiping the mess on the window. Please be wary of this happening to you if the coach service is "undersubscribed" This is an honest review. How could I give this less than one star?

We would like to say what a well run company our mini cruise to Santander Spain was excellent. From the moment we arrived in Plymouth and picked up our tickets to our homeward journey to Portsmouth the service was so well organised no faults whatsoever would greatly recommend your company. thankyou once again
