Just tried phoning ebookers regarding some additional information, only to get an automated reply, that did not even give me the option to speak to an operator, regarding my querie. Absolutely poor service and to add insult to injury the automated voice greets you "Hi There".

Ebookers does not reply emails, does not give a proper telephone number so that IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH EBBOKERS. I have booked a car with ebookers and my credit card was debited with CHF 108 although I did not get the car. I provided my credit card account statement to show them that my credit card was debited for a car I did get BUT EBOOKERS DID NOT REFUND ME. The debit happened in JUNE 2017 and I still wait EBOOKERS to REPLY my claim.
