Ebookers does not reply emails, does not give a proper telephone number so that IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH EBBOKERS. I have booked a car with ebookers and my credit card was debited with CHF 108 although I did not get the car. I provided my credit card account statement to show them that my credit card was debited for a car I did get BUT EBOOKERS DID NOT REFUND ME. The debit happened in JUNE 2017 and I still wait EBOOKERS to REPLY my claim.
