Issy and the team at Goeasy Travel are quite simply the best. My husband and I have travelled all over the world and used various travel agents. But none have provided the same level of outstanding service as Goeasy Travel. Issy is always so attentive in understanding exactly what our needs are and she goes out of her way to develop a bespoke holiday package that is not only great value but also gives us everything we need and more.
She has been amazing in keeping us up to date with any changes (which have been a big thing for everyone through the covid crisis). She has been super patient and attentive in ensuring the delivery of the best possible Plan B if our original plans have had to change. A pleasant Surprise! We had our holiday Cancelled this year 2020 due to Covid. Issy at goeasy travel handled the experience Very well and has kept Communication levels to a High Standard. As a family we have booked a number of holidays with Goeasy Travel. Our last one was a trip to Greece visiting a number of islands. I have dealt with Issy and the team at Go Easy Travel for the last 6 years, and the service they provide is second to none.
