The D-DAY INVASION was almost certainly the greatest seaborne landing operation that there will ever be. This tour combines visits to the historic and world famous D-DAY INVASION BEACHES and the ancient monuments of Normandy itself. Places visited will include OMAHA, UTAH and JUNO BEACHES, ARROMANCHES, PEGASUS BRIDGE, US WAR CEMETERY, POINTE DU HOC, STE MERE EGLISE, and many more. Our hotel is situated in charming and historic BAYEUX, one of the few towns in the region that was spared destruction in the fighting.
