Al-Hidaayah Hajj & Umrah

A very experienced & hands-on organisation/personnel that are well established and fully acquainted in the field, ma sha Allah tabaraka Allah. I most definitely recommend their services.

We went for Umrah as a family group of seven, with ages ranging from early-20s to mid-80s. As a family we had an absolutely amazing Umrah. Our family is so grateful to everyone at Al-Hidaayah for facilitating such a memorable journey. Brother Jafar's organising of the Ziyarat in Madinah was great. Sheikh Wajid's commentary was very informative and definitely added value to the tour.

Our accommodation at Makkah and Madinah were excellent. Zaer transport was prompt and super efficient, making all transfers hassle-free. Our family and friends have been using Al-Hidaayah since its inception over 20 years ago, and Masha'Allah we have never been disappointed We have no hesitation in recommending Al-Hidaayah, 5 star staff and service.

My wife and I just came back from the Umrah Ramadan Package. We had a fantastic time, both in Madinah and Makkah. I went with Al-Hidaayah Travel in 2012 (Hajj) and again in April 2022 (Umrah). Jafar Yusuf Mukibi and Shaikh Mustafa were great hosts - always available, kind and courteous throughout the trip. Feedback: I would highly recommend Al-Hidaayah Travel to anyone thinking of Hajj and/or Umrah.

The headache of organising is taken away from you - allows one to focus solely on Ibadaah, without any of the other worries. Customer Service: Everything is made easy - Pamphlets, itinerary, regular communications and above all always available to address any issues or clarify any concerns or questions. Quality/Value for Money: You actually get what you pay for in life and it is no different for Hajj and Umrah.

The questions one needs to consider are which flights to take and where first (Makkah or Madinah), hotels (vary greatly in price and quality), location (very busy and short distances may take a long time to reach the Masjid. Coach or fast train between Madinah and Makkah ( takes just over 2 hours). Al-Hidaayah deliver an excellent quality package, which is value for money - and if money is not an issue, then do not delay and book your package with Al-Hidaayah.

First Umrah with this company and it was one i won't forget alhamdulillah. Thankful to the team especially Brother Jafar for all the hard efforts and work during this trip.

My wife and I went for Umrah in March 2022 with Al-Hidaayah. Alhumdulillah, it was a smooth trip with minimal disruption. Brother Jaffer is always very helpful. We have travelled with Al-Hidaayah previously and will no doubt travel with them again. Highly recommended.

Myself and my wife went for Umrah during Ramadan with Al Hidaayah. Al Hidaayah made all the arrangements ensuring all arrangements were planned/booked well in Advance. The Al Hidaayah group leader, brother Jafar, ensured we had sufficient guidance, the right paperwork and managed the whole trip really well. It gave us the opportunity to devote our time to Ibadaat rather then worrying about other things.

Also we had Imam Mustafa (Islamic Scholar) with us who provided lots of guidance 24/7. Alhamdullilah it was a good experience. Hajj and Umrah is not easy and a number of things are not in control of the organisers but in the hands of the local authorities there. Overall the whole trip was very well managed.

It was my first time travelling to Andalusia with this travel agent and I was very impressed. Very professional and accommodating with keenness to act on feedback. They have valuable links with local guides which make experiencing the local culture more attainable. I would highly recommend using their services.

You are in VERY safe hands with Al-Hidaayah. I went on their Umrah trip in December 2021 with my parents and we could not have asked for a better experience and service. Everything was facilitated for us and we benefited from excellent accommodation and food, ground transport, and ziyarah trips, leaving us to focus all our energy on our ibadah (worship).

Though me and my parents have been before, this has been the first time attending in the midst of the pandemic with the new COVID restrictions in place at the harams. We were a little anxious about securing booking to pray salah in the Mosques and praying in the rawdah, but we needn't be, as our excellent Al-Hidaayah guide Jaffer walked us through the whole process and reassured us at every stage.

He really did an amazing job, especially considering that this has been the companies first return to the holy cities since the pandemic began. It was also great that Jaffer ensured each group members individual needs were met. Some were confident enough to perform the tawaf and sai' portions of the umrah alone, whilst others needed guidance, so he performed the rituals alongside them and provided guidance the whole time. Above and beyond is how I would describe this company (and Jaffer's) service. Expensive but you get what you pay for in the end. Alhamdulillah.

The trip we booked with Al-Hidaayah was excellent. From start to finish, every step of our journey which included a stay in Al Medina was very well organized. I would not hesitate to travel with Al-Hidayaayah again.

Al-Hidayah have been amazing throughout the whole process. Was our first time going and everything was catered to our needs and precision to make everything comfortable for us ie closeness to the mosques etc was met. Throughout the process they were professional, patient and polite. 11 out of 10 service, may Allah reward them for their hard work. Especially Naeem who looked after us really well who was nothing but respectful and loving Cannot find any fault with their service. We were nervous travelling during the covid era but I can resure anyone travelling with Al-hidayah you will be looked after well.

If you want a comfortable hajj with everything organised and made easy for you then this is the one for you. The tent locations were amazing, travel organised well, use of trains and new coaches etc made it all a very pleasant Hajj 2019 on the 3 week essential.

I have been to Hajj twice first time in 2010 3 week essential package to do my own Hajj and again 2 week Duluxe package in 2015 to do on behalf of my deceased father and both times the experience was excellent they catered for our needs in a professional manner made our journey awesome. You get exactly what they say on their brochure and they go. out of their way over and beyond to make the journey and experience easy as possible covering all eventualities and making the package better each year so Hajj can be done easily. I would highly recommend without any hesitation.

Booked the Umrah package December 2018, and it was worth every penny. Not having been on Umrah before, it was a daunting idea of trying to travel and perform umrah with a child but booking with Al-Hidaayah was the best choice to make. The group leaders Brother Taj, Brother Bilaal and Brother Yousef (who gave fantastic lectures and advice) were. wonderful and very helpful especially towards the end when my daughter wasn't feeling too good, they went above and beyond to help. I would recommend Al-Hidaayah to anyone considering booking a package and I will also be using Al-Hidaayah again myself in the future Insha'Allah.

If you have booked -please take my advice and get a refund, we have just on tour with them, what was suppose to be a 5 star package The hotel room they charge you full price for triple room, as 3 adults they gave us a twin room and put in a roll away bed In Makkah they have done the same thing, when complaining they say it due to the hotel. availability: yet they take full payment as they bought the rooms well in advance, so lame excuse of hotels fault : I shall be putting complaint to trading standards, as this is a clear case of Misrepresentation
