We went on a school tour with 46 students and 5 staff to Ypres and the Somme with Adaptable for 3 days. Excellent communication at all points of the experience, from the first quote right up to the tour itself. Adaptable were very helpful and made sure our itinerary was exactly what we wanted. They even paid for us to have extra chocolates at the chocolate shop in Belgium which we really appreciated.
Our drivers were great too, especially Matt! He was very amusing and helpful the whole time. Mike was a brilliant guide, his knowledge was flawless. The students loved the trip and learnt so much. We did wish we could spend a bit more time in some locations but this is simply something we may try to rectify next time by going for an extra day perhaps.

The company were brilliant from start to finish. They took on our school at short notice after a previous trip did not go ahead. Every type of support was provided and queries, requests and questions were quickly sorted or answered. Summor, our advisor, was outstanding and provided everything we needed in planning a very detailed tour of Berlin. I would definitely use the company again as a result.

This is the second year in a row we have used adaptable travel and I would not hesitate to use them again. The level of organisation and the quality and timeliness of their communication is outstanding. For the second time the hotel and travel was excellent with no issues experienced at all. All the students had a great time and found the whole experience rewarding; not only educationally but personally as well. I would particularly like to thank Summor Asantewa-Ampaduh who has dealt with every query quickly and efficiently.
