Olein has been amazing throughout ir whol experice when travelling to Rhodes last month. Wit all the uncertainty around travel, she was quickly able o find holidays that me our requirements and that were safe for us to travel to with a young family. The price was reasonable and the help before during and after our trip was second to none. Definitely recommend them and will continue to use Olein for future holidays, UK and abroad!

Great experience with Olein, I’ve not used a travel agent in a long time but with things they way they are at the moment, it made sense to work with an agent.
Olein is hugely knowledgable in what’s going on given the current Covid pandemic and was able to offer me instant advice on where to and where not to go. I was sent information and quotes within hours and was able to make my decision quickly as everything was provided by Olein.
Once booked, check in was also done as well as detailed instructions on what to expect with check in, flight, transfer and accommodation. Also pricing was very competitive! If you think you can get it cheaper yourself, just call Diamond Travel before you confirm directly.

We recently booked our flights to America through Diamond Travel. Needless to say our plans altered and didn't go completely to the original plan, through circumstances completely out of our and Diamond Travels hands. Olein worked very hard and thanks to her diligence found flights which fitted in perfectly with our original plans. We can't thank Olein enough for her professionalism and patience.
