The ladies at perfect weddings were brilliant. They organised my wedding and honeymoon in St Lucia and did a fab job. The communication between us was excellent they always answered my emails promptly and put my mind at ease about everything. My wedding ended up being stress free with no fuss and absolutely perfect. Where do I start & how do I give 0 stars! Initially booked & paid a large deposit in Jan 2019 (pre covid) everything was a 'dream', a certain wedding planner (M) would call me late evenings/early mornings, basically nothing was too much.until COVID hit! Thereafter everything was an utter SHAMBLE! We have had an absolute NIGHTMARE getting OUR money back, we chased & chased - even gone through ABTA - WHO ARE ALSO RUBBISH, everything was emotionally draining & mentally stressful.

The 'company', if you can even call it that, CANNOT even provide invoices for where OUR money had been 'apparently spent' to the wedding providers out in Cyprus. I would NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone - the BEST advice I could give is to go directly to the hotel where you want to get married. AVOID AVOID AVOID! I wish I had listened and taken advice from the bad reviews before even thinking about PWA! Never again!

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish, The team know there stuff and nothing has been to much trouble. We started 3 years ago with Maria and what a joy she is, this lady knows her stuff. Then covid hit again we changed the dates with no problems, we finally got out to Cyprus and had the most amazing wedding day at peyia town hall with Louise as our planner and she is absolutely fantastic. Cannot recommend Perfect wedding abroad enough, we had an amazing stress free wedding. Thank you so much.

Everyone stay clear of this company. They have done us over not just the wedding but also our money which was over 2600 pounds. They offered us a refund of 700 we have tried court but they have different addresses in the UK. BEWARE OF THIS SITE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

It should be 0 stars I initially reached out to the company and spoke to Maria 1) Maria was extremely rude on the phone and seemed like she was just selling a specific hotel Dreams and refused to give us any help/indication on other hotels or destinations. 2) After we decided on a hotel she said she will send us details across in a 'few days'. We waited 1 week and still heard nothing.

I messaged again and she ignored me. The company has very very bad communication skills and I am still waiting for a reply 2-months later. Cannot trust this company to plan a wedding, especially a wedding abroad. I wish I had read and listened to the very bad google reviews to start of with before wasting my time. Do not use this company, especially Maria who may seem helpful at the start but is not trustworthy at all.

I would give 0 stars if i could. Terrible scam of a company. Nadia was all helpful until we paid the deposit then never heard from her again. We were promised a sit down service to go through everything and plan our wedding but once we paid she said this would all be extra and it wasn't included in our package. We were put under so much pressure to put down a deposit as she kept saying the other couple is about to put down theirs like it was a competition.

A month after paying the deposit we changed our minds as she was adding on lots of extra costs and everything promised was all a lie. They refused to give us our deposit of 750 back even though it was over a year notice in advance and due to sickness in my family we wouldn't be able to have a destination wedding anymore. I told them they have so much demand for that hotel apparently so they should have no problem filling up our dates with this much notice.

We did a chargeback claim which they now also have the audacity to dispute and we are in an ongoing battle with them. Please dont use this company once they have your money they will not care.

Rubbish company and even worse customer service. We were pressured to put down a large deposit even knowing we were unsure still of our choices. Nadia gave alot of false promises and once the deposit was put down we had no contact and suddenly there were added charges for everything. We had decided to cancel our wedding abroad due to a family situation and kindly asked for our deposit back over a year in advance but they refused.

We used charge back claim which worked initially but now they are fighting us for OUR money with which they haven't even done anything to earn it yet. This company is a scam. We have been stressed since trying to get our money back and they are making our life hell about it. All we want is our deposit back, which the hotel has already refunded back to them!

I wish we'd have read the reviews first, this company is unorganised, unresponsive and just want your money. Were all over me before I'd paid any deposits and as soon as I did never heard a word, when I rang up at there deadline dates to make sure everything was as it should be they'd booked me a holiday but not even my own wedding day. I've complained to head office two months ago get no response, I've complained to managers no response just promises of goodwill that I'll supposedly Hesse back on, then once again nothing. I would never recommend this company due to the upset they have caused.

Took our guests deposits and haven't communicated with them since. Do not answer our calls unless using a withheld number. Are unable to make simple amendments to our booking Now having to go through formal complaints procedure, ABTA and small claims court to reclaim the money they have taken. Using this company has been embarrassing and frustrating to put it politely.

We basically can't get married because of this company, until we fix the mess they have created. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. And yes they know exactly who this is from and I'm happy to provide my booking number if asked.

We honestly had the most amazing time and wedding. It was so hard to trust people we didn’t even know to get everything in place for us so a massive thank you to all of your team!! But I have to say in particular a HUGE thank you and praise to Louise… she really is flipping brilliant and made our day run like clockwork! From The moment we met her she put us at ease.. she had time for us all and helped in any way she could to make our (extremely hot!) day as perfect as it could be! She even organised cold wet towels for us during part of the ceremony as it was so hot! Lol. She really is a credit to your business, but so are you all.

Our wedding day was honestly the best day I could ever have imagined. Everything was organised so efficiently within a short time scale. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get married abroad. They take out all the stress and truly deliver an excellent service. Thank you to all the team. You are amazing!!! And certainly live up to the company name.

I have been using Nadia and her team at perfect weddings abroad for my whole journey from deciding destinations to picking hotels to even the small details. Nadia has been the most wonderful and is always checking in on me and helping me every part of planning the wedding abroad. I wouldn't be able to do this process without her and i love that she make me feel so stress free during this whole process and is available whenever i need her even for a catch up.

I spoke to our wedding specialist Nadia Alexander-Khan who has been with us every step if the way, she reassured me she would do everything she can to help us, and boy did she, Nadia Alexander-Khan rearranged our wedding again this time it was record breaking as far as we were concerned, Flights, Country, Venues, Official meetings at court and Town Hall to fill in legal documents, within 3 days everything was sorted and we got married in Cyprus,the in resort coordinator Louise worked along side Nadia to make all this happen.

We had the most fantastic wedding and holiday imaginable,if that was not first class service then I don’t know what is. I would highly recommend using this company to anyone who is thinking of having their special day abroad.

This place constantly over promises and under delivers. Does not action any requests made but will tell you anything to get you off the phone. Hidden costs arise with using these guys from their own services, catering, hotel etc all when your abroad & leave you with no choice but to pay. 0 out of 5
