Absolutely terrible company, they take forever to respond to any issues, still waiting nearly 6 weeks on. If you are a wheelchair user DO NOT go to the "disabled" bungalow in Buckland Brewer Devon, it is not suitable or accessible at all, also there is not a suitable fire exit! Shambles Will never use this company again they are completely untrustworthy, their website states all holidays are fully accessible, it's a lie, don't put yourself through it, go to another company.

This company suddenly ceased trading without informing customers who had imminent disabled holiday booked for 2 years. The worst experience I've ever had

After contact and leaving an enquiry about a caravan, I promptly received an email and then the next day a phone call from a lovely, friendly, helpful lady called Gemma. She couldn't be more helpful. Explained everything, did her utmost to meet our requirements and needs. She contacted the caravan owner, about the booking, then contacted me again. Gemma is a credit to this company.

I recommend this company and Gemma 100%. What could have been a difficult job was made simple with this lady. So excited to have our first family holiday, with all of our needs met. Thankyou for everything.

Not impressed with their handling of our holiday, booked a year ago but now impossible for disabled person because of lockdown. Told if we didnt pay the balance we would lose deposit. No sympathy, no rebooking for a different date. Just money from poor disabled pensioners in their pockets! We will stick to Center Parcs who provide great service and continue to offer new dates or ALL your money back!

Customer Service member Gemma was absolutely superb. I was struggling to find appropriate accommodation for a group with one person requiring specific aids for her disability. Gemma found several properties which were perfect and I have booked a fabulous place with all requirements matched or exceeded. Gemma was friendly, professional and resolved my query within hours. She rang when she said she would and nothing too much trouble for her. Perfect customer service and it is extremely rare for me to type those words! Highly recommend.

Big shout out here for Leah. We had our perfect Christmas break cancelled due to Co-Vid restrictions and Leah has been sorting out our Refund which although took several weeks, has now been forthcoming. Leah has been really helpful!

Critical: Responsiveness Disappointed with company. We are still waiting on our refund balance off 3500 from June 2020 company cancelled vacation due to COVID-19. Really said our disabled daughter is heartbroken

Gemma is a great girl nothing to much trouble for her, always happy when you call. We had to go through a lot of places till we found the right one and she worked hard to find one.

Re. Cruise Booking 6000+ Thought they would offer better service, all the things they promise are provided by the cruise company anyway. Turned out they were charging almost 2000 than the cruise company itself despite the fact that we booked well in advance. They charge 150 for any changes to the booking. They wanted to charge 25 for a late payment despite the fact we had told them many times we wished to cancel it AND we would let any deposit go, which originally was 600!

No contact with them for over a year since the booking and then only to ask for the final payment. Awful, do not recommend at all, more concerned with 's. I'd rather give them 0 stars.

Prompt reply to email, returned my call at time suitable to me. and found the perfect accommodation to meet my mothers needs. Very cheerful and polite, able to answer or find answers to any queries promptly.

Have used company before to book cruises. Their website offers full details of the holidays and properties and their staff are very quick at responding to requests for prices, facilities and availability. Annie sorted everything after our initial enquiry inside 1 hour and worked quickly to reserve the property before anything else to prevent us losing the booking. It's these little details that make all the difference

The service from disabled holidays is second to none. Gemma Jones was very helpful nothing to much trouble for her. The end result is we have booked the sort of holiday that fits in with my husbands disability. Thank you Gemma for your excellent advice.

I found the website when I googled disabled holidays.thank goodness! My dealings, mostly with Tom, have been a real pleasure. He is cheerful, kind, well informed and very professional. Both my husband and I are disabled in different ways, and the advice and help from Tom enabled me to have the confidence to suggest a 4night stay in a country house hotel in Devon to my husand, who is very anxious if away from his comfort zone since his stroke 2 years ago. Hopefully this is the beginning. I hope we can still enjoy carefully tailored holidays and continue our travels. Thank you Tom and Disabled Holidays, I can't recommend you highly enough!

I felt confident that Tom understood the specific issues involved with providing appropriate care with appropriate equipment for my husband. This will be our first holiday since my husband became disabled and I felt happy talking to someone who actually listened to my needs rather than attempting to sell a holiday by any means. We are looking forward to the holiday experience with a level of confidence because of this. Thank you to Tom.
