Geoff was really helpful and very knowledgeable he gave us all the correct information. Gave us diffrent travel options when our trip was cancelled due to covid. Checked in on us just before we left to make sure we had all our correct information deffiently recommend booking with.

First time we tried this company. We are very please with their tour arrangements. Tour guides are all excellent. Sites that we have visited are well chosen and planned. Highly recommended.

Our agent, Geoff, was very easy to work with and helped us navigate through the pandemic-related postponements. We had to reschedule several times, and he always got the issues worked out. The CIE tour was excellent. Our guide/driver was outstanding. well prepared, very organized and quite informative and entertaining. The sites were well chosen and very interesting.

All questions and inquiries are answered quickly even with a 7 hour time difference you never wait more than a day for a response 7 days a week. With our first tour Geoff also recommended a company to use for airport to hotel transfers which came in quite a bit less than the original company we were looking at. Global Coach Tours is now our go to when we plan our overseas tours. Thanks Geoff our recent UK trip was wonderful! Visiting Wales, Ireland and Scotland was a dream come true and of course we do love London.

Just returned from Spanish Experience tour taking in all the city sites - great tour but tiring but we followed it with a Mediterranean cruise all booked through Geoff who was very helpful providing information and assistance with the registration service. We had wonderful service from Geoff organising a River Cruise. Very helpful indeed in explaining the various options resulting in us choosing the French company Croisi for a really memorable cruise up the Danube. Geoff was on the ball throughout. When industrial action was threatened at Heathrow he was straight on the ball lining up Plan B (alternative flights from Luton) even though as it turned out everything went well at Heathrow.
