Do not book with this company, Refused a refund when initial holiday was cancelled due to covid, told us they could only offer a credit note. Ronn issued us with this. Have since tried to book another holiday, when we informed Mark that we had a credit note he refused to offset it, and after an hr of us having the most exhausting argument he told us the price had gone up by over 1000! Nothing but rip off merchants

Staff are not very friendly, useful or competitive. We dealt with someone called Roger and he didn't understand the requirements or give us the suitable options for booking. I would not not recommend this business to anyone, they don't really want or appreciate your business and make it known that they don't care about customer service.

This is friendly advice to everyone specifically for the UK not to buy tickets from these fraudulent company. They will treat you badly and ask you to pay more and more even on changes on the first date etc. They will not refund you a single paney if the traveler becomes very very seriously ill and can't travel. Keep away from them save your time money + frustration.

I have bought tickets for our family and my husband as travelling alone on 13 jan 2022 they miss guide us regarding pcr test and there webiste also says incorrect information however my husband had to leave his flight and ask for a change they charges are extra 250 and had to pay 120 for express test please please do not use this company they are unprofessional and very rude. I had to pay extra for my flight change as well although it was free of one time change. Beware scammer company and very very rude.

Critical: Professionalism Ridiculous Service! Completely scammers! They promised me to refund my 50 deposit 6 months ago but still they did not pay my money back! Ronnie guy is the worst one. Rude, unprofessional and not giving my money back. Even this Ronn called me personally on my number and threatened me, for asking refund.

I contacted Mathew to change my sister's flight details as a matter if urgency and the service i got was excellent. He phoned me each time he had promised to do so and he got my sister the flights she wanted and although there was extra charges it was very reasonable.
