Established in 1978 A.S.A. is a wholesale Tour Operator based in London , specializing in leisure and corporate services throughout the UK. We provide all services for both FIT and Groups covering the complete travel spectrum, including accommodation, transfers, sightseeing tours, theatres, attractions, conferences and executive product launches. We operate a wide range of Groups staying in London as well as touring the country, including leisure series, ad-hoc, student, golden age, educational, special interest groups and incentives.

We had the worst experience with this company in London. When we arrived at the train station, our driver was nowhere to be found. We waited over an hour before we heard from them, and that was after I called multiple times with no answer. One of the numbers we were given for them didn't even belong to them, the man on the other end kept telling us we had the wrong number and he had no idea what we were talking about.
Apparently our first driver was stuck in traffic, so they sent another driver to get us. But like I said, we didn't know this until we initiated contact. Then, this morning, we did not realize our pick up time had been changed, but the driver lied to his company, because he told them he went inside our hotel and waited, and no one was there so he left.
That is impossible because the door is locked in the evening and you can only get in with a special guest only key card. Lack of communication is a big factor in why I'm only leaving 1 star.

My sister & I are here, have planned this vaca for months. We arrive and waited in line for over 2 hrs here at the airport. Never received a call from his company who said they were picking us up. Called and they would not reschedule another pick up and were extremely rude and seemed rather lazy as well. I will never use this company again no recommend it.
