Erna Low

My second review for Erna Low! Their professionalism and continued excellent customer service during two disrupted seasons, was outstanding. Helped guide us through numerous options as th eoriginal booking was for 2020! Nothing was too much trouble for them. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Have used them for years and will continue to do so!

We had an amazing family holiday in Tignes at the le Telemark Residence in March. We had great snow, the sun shone and the Residence was amazing with first class facilities! We really want to thank the Erna Low Team for their help and super efforts at such a difficult time with all the problems Covid posed for arranging holidays. We were originally intending to travel in January and the Erna Low team worked so hard in offering us the opportunity to wait until just before travel in case France opened its borders again or a refund and re-book later in the year, as we chose to do.

Hi as ever, Erna Low Travel were a great company to travel with, extremely helpful and easy to get on the phone. We stayed at L'Havana in Meribel a new complex. The appartments were spacious, light and well equipt, the people on reception really helpful and friendly, with directions and advice, - and were there 24 hours, which was helpful when we mislaid our key!

My teenage children really enjoyed the pool table and swimming pool. The place was an easy walk to the shops and slopes and the Ski Set ski hire shop, which also had strikingly friendly staff, was right next door. The only improvements I would make would be to add another hot tub as there was a lot of demand for it and it was hard to get in it, and to have a cold shower, or bucket shower next to the sauna, which we adults enjoyed. Would certainly return to this complex though.

Great service from great people. Love that flexiplus eurotunnel is standard (For roughly same price as standard fare) and all prices are for whole apartment. Makes planning trips easier and good value. Given choice of renting privately via Airbnb/Vrbo etc and using these guys, it's a no brainier. If you drive to the French alps and like self catering, there's no one better!

Appalling transfer to and from Lyon to Tignes. The coach on the 5 of March was 3 hours late for our party. The return bus, 12 Mar was waiting, but the driver would not let us on and left us standing around in the snow at 0330, he then dropped us off at the train station and would not take us to Terminal 1. This left us with a 15 minute walk to the airport. The driver was rude and un helpful.

We have used Erna Lowe for several years to book our Ski holidays. Their knowledge is second to none, as is the quality of their service. This year, when probably working for next to no money, with an ever changing situation, constantly cancelling trips due to COVID restrictions, they still gave a 5 star level of service. Being there to pick up the phone when I panicked as France changed rules, calming me down and helping me work though options.

Then when France closed the border, cancelling everything and processing a refund in a timely fashion. I seriously recommend them, and will remain a loyal customer for years to come.

My family travelled with Erna Low a few years ago. Our kids loved getting a last ski in before end of season. The Erna Low team was fantastic helping with all the arrangements. Wish we could do it again with them every year.
