As a DMC, a Wholesaler, an Inbound Tour Operator - what we do is the same : we TAILOR-MAKE programmes to our customers' requirements. This means that we don't offer 'fixed' or seat-in-coach (SIC) programmes, but provide all services for EVERY KIND of group. We tailor-make packages, and in many cases provide single services too (eg accommodation only).

Low quality service and unorganized travel. We traveled with their partner agency to England but the service was far from satisfactory. When we inform them about the inconvenience they left us without assistance.
