Absolutely fantastic staff that managed to find the perfect holiday in Dubai for myself and 3 girlfriends to celebrate a very special birthday. From the minute I first visited they knew exactly what we needed and booked a fantastic hotel with day trips and excursions based on personal experience so we knew we were getting the best, everything was done for us all we had to do was pick up the tickets and get on the plane. Definitely be going back to Key Holidays very soon.

We book though key holidays every time we go away. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my holidays. They make sure every little detail is perfect for my family. As I have two little ones. The private transfers, cot at the hotel, seeing if they have non dairy milk. All the little things make a big difference. Best holiday team!

I recently rediscovered the benefits of dealing directly with a person in a Travel Agent rather than booking online, What a Joy! Jamie at Key Holidays is so proactive and responsive, no request is to much trouble. She has arranged two holidays for me this year, both quite complex, with for example one holiday requiring 3 families travelling from different airport to a single destination, and also dealing with my mobility issues.
