I have used Marco Polo Travel Advisory Service for all my holiday bookings and travel arrangements in recent years. I have found their personal service and attention to detail to be extremely good - in particular when organising "add-ons" and additional arrangements for me in conjunction with group tours with organisations such as Exodus and Naturetrek.
The staff are always alert to any changes in circumstances involving the travel industry and quick off the mark if you wish to change your arrangements. They are also well travelled themselves and so understand some of the pitfalls that can occur. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
