The Rendezvous Travel Group is an independent family owned travel agency formed in 1985 by Frank, his wife Kerry and daughter Gabi, Frank having taken early retirement from the Metropolitan Police and Gabi returning to the UK from six years working for a tour operator in Greece. Along with their staff, they have travelled the world extensively, either on "fam" trips or personal holidays and are well informed on many far flung destinations, and have passed industry regulations to become "specialists" in certain destinations such as Australia, South Africa, The Caribbean, Greece and Spain.
Where a passenger has to reconfirm a flight or return booking it is their responsibility for any inconvenience or loss caused by not doing this. Return tickets are only valid for dates specified on the tickets unless a change is made by the company, or at the passengers request and make an additional charge at our discretion.
No traveller worth his salt would consider his journeying finished if he had not yet visited Australia. I only give one star because that's the lowest rank I can give. Otherwise it would be a ZERO. The owner of this company refused to refund my elderly grandmother her 800$ after she missed a trip due to being hospitalized from a stroke. When she tried to explain her extenuating circumstances he refused to give her any form of reimbursement for her inconvience. Terrible customer service, takes advantage of the elderly, and just plain unkind!
