Culture and Ambience of ATPI, West India is by far the Greatest Asset, as the Company has celebrated its centenary i.e. Its 100 years in 2019. I joined the Company as an Intern. Even though our job responsibilities were fast-paced, IT Manager[West India], IT Manager [Global] and Employees were extremely supportive. The experience was very enriching and insightful.

Amazing work experience during my 2 Month Internship with ATPI India. Excellent working environment and colleagues were friendly in nature. Overall My journey was awesome. It's actually the most unique exposure in life. When I join from the first day of internship I started to adopt the things that this is how the corporate sector work as that was my first foot in corporate sector. Everyone in that section even on having higher post works like friends, treat us like a friend. They didn't forced us to do this thing, that thing, they just help us to do our work in a very enjoyable environment and they have the most helping hands in enlightening our character, personality.
The way they guided us from the scratch is really adorable. Like in future whenever I will be going to any corporate sector this is the thing which I have learned in 2 months span of time will help me adopting the things and ethics very rapidly which other students who never entered corporate sector before lack this kind of idea about working in that kind of environment, as I am familiar and have idea about the environment that this is how corporate sector work.

This was my first internship before coming here I searched on Google how intern are treated in any company the first scroll quora, why intern are treated as modern slave.(GOOGLE IT) But it's not true. Guys I am in second year computer engineering student and networking is a subject in third year, I the things which I know are Only basic stuff ( of course Linus tech tips) yet they showed me mux, servers, optical fiber, Bending loss, microbending loss in optical fiber BIOS, Cable management all within 2 months. The new office in nahur has Great connectivity for both Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai employee
