North America Travel Service

Both myself my wife and my family have all used North America travel for our American and Canadian holidays for over 10 years. We have always found their advice to be excellent, honest and straightforward. We have dealt with Steve for each holiday we have booked whose knowledge on the best hotels to stay and places to see has been first class. We have always had straightforward honest advice on which hotels and sites are good and what you should expect when you arrive.

I cannot thank them enough for the memories we have had and the fantastic sites we have seen over the years from Niagara Falls to the Grand Canyon to the Canadian Rockies. Unfortunately due to health reasons we have had to cancel our latest holiday on the Rocky Mountaineer, but I just wanted to say a big thank you, there service has been first class and we have discovered beautiful places to see and stay which we would never have thought of.

I would personally like to wish all of the team at North America travel all the very best for the future and thank you all so much for the wonderful memories we now have which are invaluable.

Knowledgeable and experienced staff, gave us the information we needed. As travel to the USA not possible for now we are unable to comment further but are reassured enough to go back to this company to help us plan and book as soon as we are able.

Excellent service from North American Travel Service once again. They have been so good in regards to our holiday to Canada originally booked for 2020, they seamlessly transferred it to 2021, however given the current state of the global pandemic they have once again transferred our holiday to 2022. Thank you for your excellent communication and professional support.

We have booked through North America Travel Service in Leeds for several trips to the USA and Canada. They have always given excellent, professional advice and helped us to find the most convenient and economical flights. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have just returned from a two week road trip in California. All of the detail was arranged by NATS in Leeds by Dan and Steve. I found both helpful and knowledgeable about the areas I was visiting and the options. They made me think about things I wouldn't have otherwise and made good recommendations around this. The flights, hotels, car hire, excursions were all arranged by NATS and went without a hitch. Trip of a lifetime. No hesitation in recommending them.

We have just returned from a great holiday in Boston and New York all arranged by N.A.T.S Leeds. Steve made the booking simple including the Amtrak rail travel that we wanted. The flights were very good and the two hotels (Loews in Boston & The Benjamin in N.Y.) were excellent. This included a room move at the Benjamin carried out with the minimum of fuss at past midnight on our first night.

We cannot praise the staff at both hotels enough as they really did add to our enjoyment of the trip. Thank you for all your help and we would have no hesitation in recommending N.A.T.S to anyone.

Dear North America Travel We have just returned at the end of May from an amazing holiday arranged for us for us as part for a friends 50th Birthday. We called into the shop and was met with a Sales Manger Mr Steve Blackburn who was more than helpful with knowledge of America. We wanted to drop you a line to say a massive thank you to Steve for arranging such a wonderful and memorial holiday we had in America.

He certainly did himself proud and the company! There is not one thing we could fault. Correction! the only thing we could complain about was the weather when we arrived in New York (rain) But honestly that did not spoil a thing at all. we enjoyed the short stay in New York and were able to do the tours which we wanted. We must say how blessed we were with all the Hotels that were picked for us.

They were all exceptionally of the best standard and the hotel staff in each of the Hotels couldn't do enough for us. San Fransisco was amazing, again doing all the tourist things, boat trip, Alcatraz, Golden Gate and walking tours we did ourselves. Monterrey was a beautiful place as was Carmel. We then travelled onto the beautiful County of Santa Barbara.

When then travelled onto LA stopping of at Pismo Beach and the Hotel there was just wonderful with beautiful grounds and scenery. Could have stayed there much longer! LA was great too. Doing all the usual sightseeing and tours and enjoying that too. So pleased we were able to squeeze in Vegas. Well we were both speechless when we entered the Wynn Hotel. Wow!

The sealing of the holiday was a helicopter ride over the Gran Canyon with a landing and picnic which was just out of this world! The holiday thanks to Steve's advice and knowledge was certainly a holiday of a lifetime and thoroughly enjoyed. Once again Steve and North America Travel Services. Thank you so much. My wife and I have recently returned from a California Road Trip that was planned and organised by Robert Myers and his team at North America Travel Service. I cannot thank them enough for the high quality of personal service and support that we received, it ensured that we maximised our time and enjoyment California and had what can only be described as a trip of a lifetime. Just had three weeks in Canada organised by Steve. He is very knowledgeable about America and Canada. The service we had from this company was good we always use them. The holiday was wonderful the accommodation and places we visited was excellent smooth holiday, fabulous highlights all the time we were away we were not disappointed in any way Thankyou

Very useful advice about where to stay, for how long and driving times between stop overs. Fulfilled all our needs re. type of hotel we wanted to use etc. Couldn't have been more helpful and have already booked next year's holiday using North American Travel.

We used this company to book a multi-centre USA holiday over the summer. This included several flights, different hotels and car hire too. The arrangements in UK with the office were easy. Over the holiday everything was perfect. There were no problems and no "failed bookings" etc. North America Travel were courteous and professional. On our return, I then used them to book a business trip to USA for the autumn. Similarly they were great. I'd definitely recommend this company.

This year we decided to put our holiday in the hands of the North American Travel Service - we were not sorry! The planning took account of everything we wanted to do and see along with extras that were suggested by the amazingly knowledgeable team. Seven weeks after we are still reliving many of the moments and places we visited. We cannot put our finger on why it was so superb - it exceeded all our expectations by a country mile!

The route enabled us to see so much of the areas we visited, the hotels were amazing with beach facing views, canyon views, spectacular fountain view rooms - I could go on and on! The whole experience was exceptional. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the company for anyone wishing to have that extra personal touch when planning their holiday.

Their attention to detail is second to none due to their first hand knowledge of the country. The pictures are a small sample of the thousand or so we took to give a flavour of the variety of places we visited, not included a picture of the helicopter flight over the Grand Canyon just in case you don't like heights! Well worth considering for your next trip to the USA.
