My family used this company over 20 years during these years we had no problems. The staff is patient, loyal and understanding. Even in difficult situations where it seems impossible they will keep their customers happy and make sure they reach home or to they destination safely.

I've been using this company for years and always had excellent service but this time I spoke to a new person who was less than efficient! The process of enquiring the price of a trip took about 8 minutes - half of which was me just hanging on an empty line with no explanation and then the final price was ridiculously high. I've since managed to book the trip myself by going directly to the airlines. and its cheaper!

This is the best travel agency in the UK hands down. The staff is great especially Claire who help facilitate my travel to Guyana . She's efficient and her personality is especially I mean if going an extra mile was a person it would be Claire. Thank you Claire and your team.

My family have been using this company for many years now; even before the name changed to Caribbee. You are always guaranteed to have great customers service with very friendly staff. Many great hoildays booked with them and I wouldn't choose any other travel agents.

I have been using this company for many years. The customer services that I continuously receive from staff, mainly the Manager Edith is exceptional. There is no other travel agent that could make my travel arrangements as easy and straightforward. When I call the office Edith answers me by my name. She has my phone number and name logged into the system so that she could make the conversation personal.

I have tried to use other agents but realised that only The Travel Shop now call Club Caribee could provide me with the service that I require especially for my trip to Guyana.

Carribbee was recommended to me by a friend. I wish I had known about it before because the service I received was exceptional. Edith is a gem and went the extra mile to ensure that everything I queried was responded to quickly. I cannot praise her highly enough. I shall of course be using them again.

Robert and Edith helped me to travel to Florida to see my father when he was unwell, right at the start of the lockdown. They provided clear and sound advice; assisted with navigating the embassy logistics; and even offered a very patient ear when I made it to the airport without my passport! They provide a first-class service and always go the extra mile. There is no other travel agent for me!

Club Caribbean provides a very good service, I have been a customer over 13 years and I have never been let down, all my family book with them and I have also recommended friends who has also given them a big thumbs up for their service and professionalism as well as good value. From start to finish Claire was a delight to deal with. She was patient and extremely efficient in finding and booking flights for different family members travelling on different days to a destination that needed two flights, in different directions. We didn't hesitate to get back in touch when a family member came down with Covid. Flights were quickly cancelled and held to re-arrange. All in all Claire responded to our needs before, during and even after our flights. I would not hesitate to recommend Caribee and would definitely use again. Thank you.

5 stars is no exaggeration! In fact Caribee is worthy of 6 stars! :. They were recommended to me by a friend and I was dubious. However, Caribee is the most professional, responsive company I have ever spent my money with. No quibble, knowledgeable and easily contactable by phone. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone!
