My parents have enjoyed traveling with Woods previously HOWEVER as a family we are disappointed and saddened by the response from Woods. With a fast deteriorating terminally ill parent and the other totally distraught, we were advised that a trip on Sunday will not be refunded. Even in such dire circumstances, they are not for moving. Rules, . apparently, are more important than tragic family circumstances. Woods advised we should find someone to buy their tickets. I'm afraid we are just not able to come to terms with current circumstances let alone act as travel agent. SAD TIMES INDEED!

I don't often write reviews but we so enjoyed our day yesterday felt I had to! We went on the River cruise from Poole harbour to Wareham for my husband's birthday. It was such a lovely day out. Our coach arrived on time and our driver Dave was extremely courteous and looked after everyone until he dropped us all off at our respective stops. We were. dropped close to the quay in Poole and the 3 guys on the boat, the Dorset Queen, then looked after us for the duration of the cruise.

We were lucky we had such glorious weather and the gentle cruise to Wareham took about 1.5 hrs where we stopped for a fish/sausage and chip lunch and a little time to wander round Wareham before we boarded the boat for the return journey back to Poole where Dave was waiting for us. I would definitely recommend this trip and of course Woods travel.

So pleased to see them back on the road again, especially celebrating their 50th year. Excellent company and their coach colour scheme looks so smart.

Excellent friendly and efficient service. Great bunch of careful and helpful drivers. would never consider trusting our holiday arrangements with anyone else. will travel with woods again as soon as we have had covid vaccine.

Covid precautions are taken very seriously, staff are welcoming and information is clear and precise. As with all travel companies, Woods are working tirelessly to stay in business under quite crippling conditions and I am confident that they will survive the current crisis

We have just come back from Scotland from the military tattoo we had a fantastic time there, our driver Barry was fantastic will certainly be using woods again couldn't fault any of our travel thank you so much for an enjoyable holiday

Went to Disney on ice with wood coaches. The drivers were lovely. Felt very safe and well looked after. But I think they should have a stop of at a service station on the way back, especially for disabled people that need to get out for a while who can't sit in the same position for long. Other than that it was a lovely day.

Excellent service from the staff in the office, lovely drivers who look after their clients very well.

What a fantastic day we had, up to the O2 on Sunday, everything was so well organised, pick up points, timekeeping, parking on arrival, getting home, just wanted to say a big thank you to all those involved at Woods Travel. Well Done.

Just home from Cirque du Soleil in London, what a spectacular show it was. Wonderful service from Woods coaches again. Lovely kind safe and helpful driver. Can't wait to book our next trip. Thanks very much. X

Fantastic family firm to deal with. Great drivers and modern coaches. Always use best quality hotels. Great cruise club as well, we trust all our holiday arrangements to them and have always enjoyed 5 star service which is "The Woods way"

We used Woods Travel recently to ferry our wedding guests to and from the wedding venue. It could have been a logistical nightmare as we required 5 coaches in all and at different times of the day. But from the booking process through to the actual day it went like a dream. Linda in the booking office was so helpful and nothing was a problem. On the day the coaches arrived on time, they were spotlessly clean, the drivers were friendly and extremely professional. 5 stars are not enough!

Just had a 4 day break by woods coaches to looe in cornwall and it was an easy fantastic holiday from start to finish the hotel and staff were great the room was great with a lovely view the driver paul done so much for us we just relaxed and enjoyed thank you woods

Went to the Royal Albert Hall yesterday with Woods coaches. What a fantastic day from start to finish. Wonderful coach driver, felt very safe and meet a lovely group of people. Royal Albert Hall is spectacular, it was the classical musical extravaganza and we were not disappointed. Excellent seats and a wonderful programme.

Coach drivers friendly and helpful. Coach clean and comfortable. Had good trip to see Tina Turner Story brilliant seats.

Was lucky enough to win tickets to BIC in Bournemouth yesterday for my parents to see Daniel O Donnell. The coach dropped off and picked up right outside which was really appreciated as my mum has walking difficulties. The seats were great. They really enjoyed themselves thank you. Great service.

Had a great evening at the Legends Tour in Brighton. I was lucky to win my tickets on Facebook. Have never been with Woods Travel before but was very impressed, we were dropped outside the venue and picked up straight after the show. The lady coach driver was great and got us back safely. I will definately use Woods again.
