Golf Travel Direct

Originally booked before the pandemic. With Mathew Roberts. His communication considering how things have been has been excellent from start to finish. Just got back from Portugal everything was great from being picked up at airport all golf transfers and the hotel accommodation its self 1st class. Would recommend and I will be using again.

Alex was friendly and courteous and found me a good deal for my Portugal trip. The previous person I'd spoken to had left the business without me knowing so I had to chase hard to get a response after initial conversation. This could be a process they could improve on. Occasionally I had to chase on email for responses, but overall Alex was a pleasant person to work with on the itinerary and options and always seemed happy to help with various requests. Nothing was too much. I'll use them again for sure. Cheers!

The whole service supported by Chris when he took over was exceptional. The feedback from the group of 12 I took were very that they were impressed as every part of the trip was on time, quality customer service and as described. Would highly recommend and we will be booking very soon for next year based on this experience.

Just booked another holiday with Golf Holidays Direct. Second holiday in 4 months, really happy with the efficiency and price paid, very straight forward and stress free, a special thanks to Gus who sorted everything out on our behalf, arranged everything for us, all we need to do now is pack and turn up! Alex has been excellent throughout the whole booking period. He offered us a range of great deal in which we selected a holiday from. We originally booked for 9 people but had an extra one that wanted to join so Alex managed to book him on very quickly without any problems. The process has been smooth and we're now really looking forward to going away.

Great deal on golf trip to Formby hall and premier League darts in the evening. Lovely hotel and great course. Was easy and quick to book. Lose a star however due to a complete lack of interest in answering my 4 emails with questions. They're quick to email when a payment is due or they want a review though!

Fantastic company to deal with and their prices were by far the best around. I booked 7 nights all inclusive in Turkey with 5 rounds of golf for 4 of us. Chloe from golf holidays direct was absolutely superb, she kept us updated throughout the booking process, spent time getting us great tee times each day and even sourced us two other courses to play during our trip. No request was too difficult for her and any request was promptly dealt with. Will defo use this company for next years annual trip.

Matthew Roberts has been excellent all through the holiday booking process. Any issues we have had and any changes we have needed to make he has sorted straight away and with no fuss. If the holiday is half as good as the service we have had from golf holidays direct we are in for a monumental time. Will be booking our next golf holiday with these as soon as we get back from this one

Very easy transaction to get the best deal for our trip. Not one of those where you click on your dates and the price doubles, what you see is what you get. Gus has been very good in making sure it is all sorted easily and efficiently without any need to worry! Would definitely use him and the company again

First class service received on my booking to Portugal in September. Matt our salesman was very friendly and couldn't speak highly enough of him, of the lengths he went through, to book this trip. He had a excellent knowledge on golf and I knew instantly, once he described the area we are staying, it was the one for us. Booking was very easy, matt booked all the flights, hotel and tee times for us in a very short space of time. Can't thank him enough. Our society's is really looking forward to this trip in September.
