We could not attend our London Eye visit due to the tube strike, we were not even allowed to reschedule our visit and we lost all our money. These were circumstances not under our control. We would not look to book again. Awful customer service.

I've purchased tickets for a family of 4 for attractions in London at the start of Jan and we are arriving at the start of February and I'm still waiting on my tickets. I have emailed all my information and ive requested tickets be emailed so I can print them but I've yet to receive a reply and we are travelling in 4 days! Can someone please ge

No response on your contact number and email, We are from South Africa and booked a few attractions via your website. Due to the updated travel restrictions we have to cancel and dont know how as we are unable to get in touch with you. I hope your website was not a scam as there are some concerning reviews. We require a full refund until such time that we are able to travel again.

Critical: Quality I booked ticketed from discount london and spent around 96 but the ticket has not been issued. I hope they will respond to my mail and process my refund as soon as possible.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value All I can say is what a shambles of a company. Ordered a package for London attractions. I received a order confirmation email but never received any tickets. I then emailed them to which I have still not had a response. I had to end up paying for the attractions separately and have now raised a dispute with my bank.

EDIT its interesting you have replied to my review within 1 day yet have not responded to 3 emails since last week. How can you have looked into my claim if I did not leave any details of my booking here? I obviously checked junk and spam folders meticulously and did not receive the tickets. Can you prove you sent them? Can you prove any of your positive reviews here are genuine?

You have zero social media presence and very few reviews. Strange if you've been running 30 years. my original review: Looks like a total scam company to me, purchased tickets, received confirmation email but no tickets, which of course could not be accepted at the destination. Phone no doesn't work and no reply to emails. I want my refund! AVOID
