After a lovely phone call in April, I decided to book this business for my wedding transport as the venue was only 1 mile (4 mins!) away. I booked a mini bus for my bridal party, a 6 seater for myself, my mum and dad, a 6 seater for guests to arrive at 11:30am, all from the same hotel. I also booked a 6 seater for the groom from his accommodation, which was approximately 8 miles away for 10:45am.
I also booked a taxi for myself and my groom to pick us up at midnight from the venue. I was given a quote of 2 per person and 3 per person after 11pm. Which seemed very reasonable. However, when my groom called up to pay for the cars beforehand, he was told the payment service was down, but all drivers had a card machine to use. The groom and other groomsmen found the call handler rather rude and abrupt - these conversations were separate, but both agreed later that day about her rude manner.
At the Premier Inn, the mini bus and my taxi would not leave without cash beforehand. They said we could not use a card machine. I was in a wedding dress and did not have cash. My mum took her shoes off and ran back inside the hotel to get cash as the mini bus wanted 31 and the taxi wanted 20! I told the driver what I'd been quoted- 2 per person. Even per seat that would be 12. However, he would not leave until he had 20 cash.
When my mum had paid cash, we could all leave for the 4 min journey. On arrival, the driver said it was actually more than the 20 he'd taken. A groomsman was waiting at the wedding venue entrance to pay with card (as the groom had been told we could do this) and I didn't realise until afterwards, that the driver used his card machine and took a further 19!
Therefore charging 39 for a 4 minute journey and using a card machine, he'd just told me we could not use! Overall, not at all happy with this service and very disappointed as we put this company phone number on our invites as a recommendation.

Booked our taxi for a wedding to Arley Hall and back to hotel. Taxi never turned up to take us to our destination and was then over 20minutes late to pick us up, this is a terrible service and would never use again.the whole point of booking is so they arrive on time would advise people to use another taxi Company

Driver incredibly rude and dangerous. On two occasions now, the driver who picks up from Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School in a minivan has been aggressive and driving dangerously. I witnessed him shouting aggressively at a learner driver who hesitated pulling out of the junction near the high school, proceeding to overtake and pull out on the wrong side of the road.
And today at approx. 3:20/3:25 pm on 25/05/22 he held down his horn behind me whilst I waited behind a parked car as a car was coming from the opposite direction and when I rolled down my window to ask what his problem was, he overtook me to pull out at the same junction again, on the wrong side of the road, nearly taking off my wing mirror. I have dash cam footage of the driver and the registration number of the vehicle which will be reported, but the fact that the company employs such aggressive drivers with clear anger issues to pick up CHILDREN from a school is appalling.

Avoid at all costs. Worst taxi company in Northwich. Pre booked a wheelchair taxi to take my son and myself to Greenbank train station and pick us up again. The taxi that picked us up didn't clamp the wheelchair or put a seatbelt on my son. The return taxi didn't arrive, leaving us to walk home at 11pm. Will never use again. GM Taxis and Deans always reliable.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Taxi booked no problems but rang on the night to let them know we would be carrying a small puppy in a carrier. Rude operator said they wouldn't take the dog as they only had Muslim drivers on and they don't take dogs. Then they hung up. What happened to integration? Pathetic.

The booking and times fares etc where all fine. However my daughter left her phone in the taxi and when I tracked it using find my phone the following day it lead me to a drivers home address. He was very polite and allowed me to look in the car myself however the phone was not there but had been that morning. I called the office several times and was promised a manager would call back and the car would be searched again however I received no calls back and each time I rang the office was told nothing they could do if phone not there even though clearly had been.
