The 2 lucky members of staff to be drawn out of the hat were Carol Sleep, Tavistock, who joined the Jetset table and Beverley Townsend, Truro, who joined Newmarket Holidays.

Great service, very helpful, such nice people to deal with.i been to many travel agents. Travelling to most of Europe, USA, India, China, Thailand and many more. Most travel agents think they are doing you a favour for looking and booking a trip for you. Not Lisa and the team at Newells Falmouth nothing is too much trouble for them. A delight to get treated this way in this day and age.

Iberia77 needs to get a life and realise he is talking tosh with his so called 'review' of Newells Travel Falmouth! For over 25 years Lisa and the Team have been providing our Family with travel advice and support with bookings, ensuring our holidays and other travel have all been stress free. Most recently Lisa, plus excellent support from Dave and Kathy, have sorted our trip to Australia, previously cancelled four times due to COVID.
The help and attention to detail has even included checking emails late into the evening to ensure we would still be able to travel. We have now reached Brisbane and are at last with our Granddaugther, who we have not seen since she was born two years ago. Thank you to all the Team, you are great! Sharon and Ian

Very impressed with Wendy. I went into the Falmouth branch at the weekend not really knowing where I wanted to go, but with a few 'must have' requirements. Her knowledge of destinations and individual hotels was excellent and she was so patient - she spent a lot of time talking me through the options available. I didn't get the feeling that she was trying to sell me the most expensive holiday (which I've had from other firms in the past) nor that she was too busy to explore options. She actually listened to what I wanted, then gave me choices. I will certainly use Falmouth branch again.
