My friends and family have been travelling with this company for 12 years This is a professional company with great customer service If you need an honest company, and hassle free trip I would recommend them. They listen to your needs and give great advice. Highly recommended.

Detailed arrangement, super elite from private transfers to hotel and back to airport. Advise and care when needed in Saudi. Personolised Zam zam bottle photo labels, very impressive. Staff knowledgable and polite. Overall would definitely book again.

Very misleading previous reviews. I have been away with this tour group twice now. First time for hajj and umrah and then second with the three mosque tour. The first time I let off the poor organisation and rude behaviour by the tour organiser as it was hajj. However I cannot dismiss the same poor service that I experienced more recently on the second tour.

This group advertises 5 star packages but that is not true. Some of the hotels were unrateable and there was false advertising. When we complained the management did not acknowledge the complaints or even apologise. I would not recommend this tour group to anyone.

Alhamdulillah, I'm just back from the 1st 10 days Ramadan Umra trip and have nothing but praise for the way this trip has been arranged and managed. The Hotels were very close to the Haram in both Madina and Makkah and of a very high standard. The food was excellent too. With everything catered for we could concentrate completely on our ibaada and not worry about anything else. I would wholeheartedly recommend Afta Tours to anyone wanting to perform Umra or Hajj

I have just returned from makkah with afta tour package of the 1st 10 days in Ramadaan. This is my second time with Afta tours and I have no complaints rather praise as the organizers made every effort to make our trip enjoyable and hassel free. The presence of Mr Shafi and his lovely wife Latifa was a welcome bonus So I have no hesitation but to recommend them wholeheartedly. I will definitely go with them again inn sha Allah.

Easter 2018: Myself, my wife, our 6 year old son & my brother booked with Afta Tours our Umrah package. This was designed to our specific needs and requirements. The Egypt Air flights were on time & the staff very helpful. The Transfers were also on time and the drivers were professional. The Hotels were excellent, close to both the Haraams & the staff were very helpful.

From the start to the end, our trip it was very well organised. Afta are not the cheapest In the market but then you do get what you pay for. The few pounds extra made our Umrah "an experience of a lifetime". Inn Shaa Allah when we plan our Hajj, we will certainly contact Afta for our requirements. We would recommend Afta to our family & friends without hesitation.

We booked umrah trip for 16 people during the Easter break, I was dealing with Eman Abdullah. She was very professional, every query I had she dealt with it very well. Everything was very well organised from start to finish. We are frequent travellers and Alhamdulillah I was very pleased with the service I've received from Afta. I will recommend this travel agent for hajj and umrah. Always ask for Eman. Mashallah very professional and has lot of patient her client. Over all Iam very pleased.

I have just returned from Easter Group, At the beginning I thought is was going to be a long and tiring package. Going to Istanbul, Medina, Makkah and Al Aqsa, but honestly I can see the thought behind this package, in Istanbul it was a bit of both leisure and religious sightseeing, which was refreshing, spending time in Medina was peaceful, Performed Umrah in Makkah and then went to Al Aqsa, the accommodation was close to the Masjid so I went to pray there everytime I could and enjoyed the sightseeing. One of the best company, would highly recommend, All our queries were dealt by Eman Abdullah, She is very professional and always happy to answer all questions. She never got fed up answering any questions. Alhamdulillah very happy with service and recommend Afta for your next umrah trip. My experience is very disappointing of this tour group. Haj trip was varied and trying but as it was Haj time I was forgiving and had decided to give the tour operators a second chance., The second chance was joining the Iconic three mosque five star package. tour! Well, what a surprise. no five star promised hotels -they were less than five star so that was my first disappointment and then it continued going downhill.

Unfortunately due to the discomfort everything was inconsequential such a pity! This tour was definitely not five star. promises made and broken without acceptance of errors made. I write this to raise awareness! Beware what's on offer is not what you get!

2 Umrah with Afta tours- 1. In Ramadan I2018 2. Outside Ramadaan Will recommend Afta tours without hesitation. Couple of suggestions 1. Connecting flight from Jeddah will save journey time 2. Swiss al Makkam though good but confusing layout. Dining facilities with 4000 capacity resulted in pandemonium in Ramadan. Suggest alternative hotel

The service offered by Afta Tours is amongst the best. I have used them for majority of my travel arrangements since 2003 and have been with them for Hajj and Umra on many occasions. I would strongly recommend their services every time.

Went Hajj with them in Sept 2016 and Umrah Ramzan 2017. Everything was planned & executed well. For the Hajj there were plenty of representatives to look after the Group. Will book again for future trips in sha allah
