Kirker Holidays Ltd Ever since we launched Kirker in 1986, our aim has been to provide discerning travellers with carefully planned itineraries including selected hotels which provide outstanding service. Other key elements include private transfers and private tours which form part of a well-researched itinerary that enables you to make the most of your budget and the time you have available.

Whether it is a short break to a classic European city, an escorted Cultural Tour or Music Holiday in the company of an outstanding Tour Lecturer, or a longer tailor-made holiday, our team of experts will create the perfect itinerary.
Services
Andrew joined Kirker in 1992 as a reservations consultant and accepts that it was a much more straight forward role than it is now. There were just five destinations to learn about and sell with confidence, whereas the company now features over 70 cities and 250 countryside properties throughout Europe and further afield.
Our reservation consultants travel extensively to our holiday destinations throughout the year. They embark on regular visits to not only our most popular destinations such as Venice and Paris but also to our lesser visited cities and rural hideaways to ensure we have a comprehensive and detailed product knowledge.

We have been on many Kirker holidays and short breaks in the past 20 years and we have always had top service and have been looked after really well with the little things taken care of and with their extra information and recommendations. However I have struggled in the past few weeks to get anyone to answer the phone at Kirker on a variety of numbers despite ringing at various times of the day, so I am sorry to say I will be looking elsewhere for our holiday in the future.

Nothing but praise for Kirker. Very upset when they had to cancel our Italian holiday because of Covid but FULL refund (decent amount of money) without quibble within 5 business days. When we can we will definitely rebook with them without hesitation Service: Private tours

If you are in need of a top quality, tailor made holiday, Kirker is the place to go. They think of everything. Their selection of hotels is the best. Their guide books etc provide suggestions of places to go that you would otherwise have missed (they've certainly done their homework) and all in all the service they provide is impossible to fault. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Great service from a company with genuine specialist knowledge. Their staff really know their stuff and go to great lengths to ensure that your holiday goes smoothly. Nothing is too much trouble, and they also provide a really useful list of the best restaurants, bars, etc.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Anyone can make a mistake. When this firm did first they denied all knowledge, then they denied there was a problem at all, then they blamed the airline. Finally they compounded the problem by randomly booking seats for party members on other flights. There is a culture of blame and recrimination here that goes all the way to the top. Their subsequent letter of apology was riddled with hubris and breathtakingly patronising. Avoid like the plague
