FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER! If I can give zero stars I would. All reps are rude - terrible tone on the call. I waited more than 40 MIN to get through - twice. What if there was an emergency and the hospital couldn't get through for the claim? My wife called twice - they promised to email her a link to start a profile - but they didn't do it. She called again and asked them to send the email saying "please send it, I'll wait on the line and confirm." The rep REFUSED - her response was "It takes 10 weeks to get reimbursed anyway." Is this a joke?

I have been on the phone on hold for a good 30 minutes! I called Robin on 17 March regarding payment of claim 1892039 which has been outstanding since November 2021, and still no payment!. Your service is abysmal to say the least and I won't be renewing my policy any time soon.

Critical: Professionalism 21st century travel insurance is online scam. Policy document says without call you cannot claim and call is kept on hold for more than 90 minutes and no answer. who wants to wait for 90 minutes?

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Very bad and horrible service. I still have not receive the payment after almost 2 months. They do not respond to email which is so unprofessional. I called numerous times and each time they promised to do the necessary for me to receive the payment. Until now, after almost 2 months of waiting nothing yet.

"I purchased a travel insurance for my mother from this company. The service is horrible. Nobody to escalate an issue. They would basically loose your claim and say they never got it. We have to call them many many times and still they would give you a vague reply. No ownership taken." I'm editing the above review for which I had given 1 star to a 4 star.

Stay away! The most garbage travel insurance I ever had. They will tell you "go to the ER and we will contact them and make all the payment and everything" and then they won't pay anything, hassle you for 6 month to get 100 different forms from other dr and everything they can not to pay a penny, and they won't. save your money and stay away from them

Absolutely outstanding experience with them, I purchased a supervisa coverage for my parents from them in Jan 2018, I chose them after searching and checking the claim paid ratio and the underwriter (Everyone MUST check this rather than going for the cheapest available option you should always go for the best claim paid ratio and good underwriter).

My Mom and Dad came in Jan 2018 and unfortunately my Mom got a Heart Attack in Feb 2018 she was hospitalized and we ended up submitting a claim of about 70 K for her, sure the company asked for bunch of documents, history and many many other documents from us, the scrutinized every little detail we had put up in our application (This is their legal right), ultimately 100% payment was done after completion of Scrutiny.

In the second incident my DAD was hospitalized in BC again their was a claim of about 35 K, which was also paid after due diligence and scrutiny. I am surprised to see one star reviews here, of coarse if you lied in your application or if you concealed anything to get a cheaper quote, if you are not able to submit all the required documents, you will not be getting the claim money, remember this is a Business not a Charity.

My take- excellent service, extraordinarily conduced due diligence process, good communication and you know what, In the end as my Mom and Dad got Canadian PR, the company even REFUNDED me 2 Month of premium, which is over 1500$. I would STRONGLY Recommend this company for Insurance. Thanks for everything, I ow my parents life to Canada and Canadian medical system and I own the Insurance company for ensuring no financial burden was there on me.

Very unethical. I bought an annual policy for my parents on monthly pay plan. They didn't advised they don't do any refund on the paid unused premium. Like my parents case they took the payment for the July & they have used 2 days only for July & I cant get any refund even though there was NO CLAIM. Their wordings is poorly worded & confusing. PEOPLE BE CAREFUL BUYING INSURANCE IN THIS COMPANY. 110% NOT RECOMMENDED.

21st Century agents are scammers. My father was sold a policy based on false basis. We were told that if he had to cancel his trip due to medical reasons they would refund his money and the reason we paid for this insurance was for his medical conditions. He ended up canceling his trip since his tests came out abnormal and the doctors had to run more tests for him.

No the claim ended up being rejected and the company making nonsense excuses to exclude his case from the refund. Be careful while trusting what they say as the result could be REJECTION OF CLAIM. while selling you the policy, everything would seem to work (even after repeatedly clarifying).
