My husband and I went to Durango, CO for the weekend and used The Travel Bug to book our air, car and hotel reservation. We got bumped off our connecting flight to Durango and were stuck in Phoenix. I called and spoke to Melissa who handled everything and put us immediately at ease. She was able to assure our flight back and secured us a car so we could drive to Durango.
While we weren't looking towards the eight hour drive it was a lot better knowing we didn't have to put any more thought into our travel arrangements. If you plan to travel call The Travel Bug, you will be so glad you did.
