Please AVOID AT ALL COSTS (they will be high) VIP/Gold Hotel package for Genesis at the o2. Hotel was 20 mins away- by Taxi Offered in package 'Themed Carrier - This was in fact a paper bag. And we were only allowed one between 2. Offered in package 'on site event management and VIP Hosts'- This was in fact one person handing out said paper bags. After complaining by email I was told these were 'highly received' 'a keep sake' and if not 'fully recyclable.
After adding the costs published on the websites of both the 02 and Hotel- It would appear they have charged me over 200 for 1 paper bag- and cost me over 30 in Taxis, 21 in parking, and time on complaint emails and reviews. AVOID

Avoid this company at all costs, they do not work within best practice at all! and show no due diligence when handling peoples money! they showed no remorse for their actions and offer no solutions to rectify a terrible situation they caused through their sheer ignorance. In addition following your comment and review, my REVIEW is more than fair and accurate and your solutions were to only hinder a situation you caused further, and to not to take any direct accountability or rectify your wrong doings in the right way.

Really bad company. Offer a meet&greet with Steps. It cant be called a M&G. 5 seconds steps, blurry photo taken with an iPhone from about 20 feet. They advertise a lot, but cant deliver what they promiss. Customer service wont reply to any complaints. Cant reach them by Phone, after 5 emails in 5 days still no respond. No refunds offered. Never book with this company! This company is a total scam!
