I bought an Interrail pass from them (via myinterrail.co.uk) last December while a promotion was on but despite promotional passes being non-exchangeable, in view of the travel restrictions around Europe at the moment, they allowed a change of date. More than fair under the circumstances and much appreciated. Further more they replied to emails promptly despite this no doubt being a very busy and difficult time. In view of my experience, I wouldn't consider buying rail passes anywhere else. Definitely a 5 star experience!

We got the Swiss Travel Pass for Switzerland and it was brilliant. Unlimited train, boat and bus rides across the country and unlimited travel on public transport in the cities and towns! I don't think we would've been able to cover Switzerland this easily and thoroughly if we hadn't taken the Swiss Travel Pass!

Swiss Journeys at half the price! Since I was visiting Switzerland for the first time and didn't have fixed travel plans, I decided not to buy a pass. The swiss half fare card from International Rail was an amazing investment as it cut down my travel costs significantly, so I could visit more places than my original budget allowed for. The fact that it got me free public transport in many cities was a huge plus!

Got Great Discounts for my Britain Trip. I booked the Britrail Pass from International Rail for my upcoming Britain trip. I was happy to find they were having a sale for the low season, so I could get my pass for really cheap! Also, the website made bookings so easy.
