I purchased flights on the 4th April 2020. Travellink never contacted me to let me know the flight was cancelled. The airline contacted me. When I called they have the phone lines with awful signal so you cant hear them (based in india and spain). They would not book me another flight with another airline, they only let me transfer my flight to another date which was 2 weeks later, even though I was stranded at an airport.
Once I got another flight from another company and airline and returned to UK i was promised a refund within 10 days, it has been over a month and they deleted their phone number/support options I had to contact my bank and make a fruad claim and only today I got a refund (FROM MY BANK), my bank is currently chasing them for the refund. BEWARE here's a pro tip. Try to contact support before purchasing anything, once you realise the numbers have been deleted, click off the website.

Really bad service they scammed my parents for their money and refuse to give back the whole 75pound deposit. Mr henry bell, Sarah and Mr. NOMI abousltly rude and abusive through the phone. Asked me if I am deaf, called me charity, shouting on the phone, put the phone down. And cursing. Please please becareful. I will be writing to head office and anyone higher than them. Abusive and also racist really tried to get rude and penalize my family.

Booked a 2 tickets to go back to my country for holiday, they told me to pay half of it 2 months prior to the flight and that they will give me a call when to pay the rest when it's nearer to the flight time but I told them that I can pay the full price but still insisted to do it this way. Now I had an accident and haven't been checking my emails and missed the email saying to pay the rest of the ticket within a certain time frame or I wont get the tickets. bare in mind that the time frame was 2 hours from when i got the email. Won't do anything about it. 500 down the drain with nothing to prove that I paid it. Don't use the this 'service' as they don't care about their customers

Not one to write online reviews but this company has very poor customer service, rude and untrustworthy. Wish i had read the reviews on here before even going anywhere near them. You can tell from the defensive nature of the responses to some of reviews on here of how rude these people are. Not sure how they have managed to stay regulated. Cancelled a reservation with them and although they have taken the money from my account, i have had to ring them on four occasions yielding different responses depending who i spoke with. one operative called 'Salman' advised my money would be back in my account within two days, another said 4. its now been a week and i am considering action in a small claims court.

I requested for cancellation they charge more. bought ticket was on january 470 now cancellation charges 200 and they are sale same ticket more then double price. I bought from website and paid online now they they said airline will refund 4 to 6 weeks. Dont trust them totally rubbish service. Avoid.

When booking, I asked them if it was OK to pay in installments as there was several months till travel date, they said that's fine. However once I paid the deposit, they wanted the rest within a month or my booking would be cancelled & I stood to loose part of my deposit. I had to change arrival date for 3 people, although there was 7 months till travel date, they charged me nearly 450, which I felt was way excessive.
Don't expect any kind of customer service once they've taken your money, They don't even want to listen to your concerns, rude & arrogant. Never again will I use these people.

If i could give 0 stars I would. The most incredibly rude travel agency I have ever dealt with. I was repatriated for medical reasons, and therefore cancelled my return flight. All contact I have received via email has been rude and on occasions incorrect. Stating I was not entitled to any refund however I was dur back the airport taxes. My return flight was not cancelled as requested. Will never use again and will contact Qatar to inform them of travel links poor customer service.
