Company called the Right Holidays - and indeed they are. I have taken several of their 'packaged' holidays and flight tickets for my family. Always very pleasant, response to queries were always answered very promptly. Helpful and polite phone manor even when we were changing our flights few times. I highly recommend Right Holidays.

We used right holidays to book a group holiday which was done with real ease and confidence. We had support throughout our holiday with easy contact with Arzu hanim. The staff members here are very unprofessional. Save your time, your breath, these people will have you stressing. They do not listen and the staff members are seriously disrespectful. Considering they want customers and want people to return, their mannerism and behaviour is utterly appalling. Especially the female staff members, claiming they don't speak English? Makes no sense whatsoever. Save your breath and buy directly from the airline.
