Simply fantastic. Was planning a trip of a lifetime traveling India with my wife and 2 daughters. Was concerned with travelling India due to some recent bad news and political unrest. But BM organised everything. I had nothing to worry about. Impeccable service and support from day one of the idea of the trip to the day we returned. 5 flights 9 hotels 17 days. Not a problem.
