Howard Travel

We've been booking holidays through Howard Travel Trowbridge for 6 years now and always had great service however; on our last occasion in January we received the opposite. They didn't seem to understand our request for a "quiet & peaceful" hotel resort to celebrate my wife's 73rd birthday, somewhere in the Caribbean. Instead we were sent to the Caribbean's equivalent of a Club Med 18 / 30s holiday resort on St Lucia! Not exactly what we were expecting at our time of life! Unfortunately no apology or acknowledgment that on this occasion they'd got it badly wrong.

As always, absolutely great advice and perfect service in arranging our 14th trip to NZ.

This independent travel agent beats the socks off the competition locally, and nationally too, as they have twice been in the top three of the Sunday Times Travel Magazine Travle Agent of the Year. We have used them a number of times and have found them really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The staff here really do know their stuff, and many of them have travelled to unusual destinations.

They have been able to secure holidays for us that we just couldn't book elsewhere, including booking a private b&b in America that didn't normally deal with travel agents. We have always dealt with Rod, who is fabulous.
