Heritage Group Travel provides tailor-made cultural tours for groups. Our principal contact is with the person(s) in charge of making the necessary arrangements for the group. Our role is to advise and assist in the tour planning and to administer and operate the tour from initial discussions to the date the tour returns.
We have a small team of trained staff dedicated to crafting inspiring and memorable tours to your specification. Penny joined the company in 2001. Following further studies in languages, she began her career working for P&O Cruises as an Assistant Purser. Her tour of duties included Australia, New Zealand and South America.
We carefully craft tours to meet the focus and budget of each individual group, with a view to providing enjoyable and culturally enriching tours to your members. Our overriding aim is to allow the group tour organiser to enjoy a stress-free and rewarding role and we endeavour to support you from the initial discussions to the safe return of tour participants.
Callander and West Perthshire U3A enjoyed a second visit to the Bay of Naples in Spring 2017, courtesy of Heritage Travel. We stayed in Minori, a quiet resort on the Amalfi coast, and visited places of interest in the neighbourhood such as Pompeii and Paestum. We had the services of an excellent guide, Fiorella, who tells me she likes to guide Heritage parties because the guests are interested and intelligent!
