Marci Goode is a gem. She has assisted us since 2018 in planning our travels. This included all the pandemic trip cancellations. We had many trips planned that needed refunded/rebooked. Marci gave us our options and handled all the refunds/rebooking. We receive better service and better deals than booking directly. She handles our trip insurance, giving us options and pricing.
She knows what cabin type we like on cruise ships and usually holds it for our approval, she reminds us when shore excursions or dining reservations are open. She even knows we prefer to use a specific air carrier and works to get us that carrier even with cruise lines. We are truly spoiled by her excellent service.

We've used Debbie Welch from Tucson for several years. Due to COVID concerns, we had to cancel several cruises/trips which she helped us with. Now that we are comfortable traveling again, Debbie has helped us plan and schedule 5 cruises over the next 18 months. Her help has been greatly appreciated and very helpful.

Michele Valentino has amazing patience. We had to cancel two cruises due to covid and Putin. We had FCC's from previous covid cruise in S.America and I kept getting them all mixed up with our payments and credits. But she patiently walked me through it all, after I got very upset, I was convinced she and Oceania were wrong, but guess what, I was all mixed up. She was kind and gracious through the whole thing, we really appreciate her and working with her. She is a pro and you should be happy to have her.

Marci G. Has been amazing helping us with our last several Oceania cruises! She is extremely competent, professional and friendly. Between Covid worries and family illnesses, we have had to reschedule our past two trips. She has handled all the rescheduling and insurance transfers flawlessly.
