Took a deposit, unfortunately our team has now folded and we could no longer enter, and they do not issue refunds. 1400 lost and they think its acceptable to keep all the money for what little work/admin involved to enter us. On another note we, ( my family and another from the team) went to the holiday park where all the teams were supposed to be staying on exactly the weekend the tournament was supposed to be on (pontins camber sands) and there was no such booking for a football tournament.

It was just a normal weekend. The exact words from pontins management. So very confused about the whole thing. Not even a team in sight. Sounds like we have been robbed and lied to. We are in very early stages to get this resolved and our money back in full. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have yet to travel with R&T Tours due to recent global events but were due to in the near future. I can only praise the company and team for the customer service given during a very uncertain time for all.
