Have booked with other places but not a patch on the service here, great staff manager and owner always helpful but this time with all the stress of holidays I've been email and going in, very helpful. today have been in and Andy has spend a long time going through all the things you need to and even sorted out all my vaccines with chemist and coming back into the country test, they could not do more to help they have gone above and beond there duty, outstanding service

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST take your money staff force you to cancel holiday won't give refund staff laugh at you down the phone so rude they will be out of business soon accept your wrongly treated offer 180 off next holiday instead of giving you refund they won't be here long enough cowboys by looking at the reviews like like robbing people keep your money safe and book with TUI

We've booked quite a few holidays now with admiral and we've always found them brilliant. They're really flexible, give good advice along with doing everything for you. We've had to chance two holidays now due to Covid and it couldn't have been easier. Thank you!

After having a very bad start at tui - where the sales person obviously had really little experience / knowledge and gave us no confidence we headed off to Thomas cook. One person on the desk and four people waiting on a Saturday morning mmmmmm - no thanks. We went into Admiral travel across the way, not expecting anything different. Straight away we were able to speak to someone. Tineka listened to us about our remit and budget and came up with three different options.

We felt so confident at what she was able to offer and show us we booked there and then. Since then they have proved to be really professional going the extra mile. I had a bad accident near time full payment was required and was not contactable via the phone number they had for us, Andy, the boss took the time, really nicely, to call round to see us at our house rather than cancelling our holiday like a big company would have done. That is what makes the difference. Can't praise them enough and will definitely be going back to see Andy and his team next time.

I'd not reccomed this branch. Don't take any responsibility. Manager isn't that good at all. Owner passed the book. Staff all round don t sing from the same hymn sheet haven't a clue. Save your money and book online yourself! Holiday I booked with them is a massive let down considering we paid near 4000.

Pathetic place. Placed ny faith in them to arrange my trip to the USA. Sent me the correct email information. Then delayed sending the hard copies until the day we traveled. Using the email confirmation for our itintery they had made errors to the paper version which we used when had no wifi. We missed our flights due to them booking an extra night on the hard copy which wasn't on the email confirmation. The owner now ignores emails as it was his error. Avoid these crooks at all costs.

I have just come back from my holiday to New York, Las Vegas and San Francisco. Good flights! Amazing hotels in prime locations! Even when traveling though America admiral travel already sorted out baggage cost! Everything was perfect couldn't ask for a better travel agency. So friendly and always happy to help.

We have used this company on many occasions and always found them very helpful. We have been given great deals and the staff have taken that bit extra time to make sure we were happy with everything before we booked. A cruise to the Fjords in May is out latest adventure which they sourced for half price!

Phoned up for flights, the lady could not get me off the phone quick enough, she was not interested. Do not go here!
