So far, its taken 3 emails and 7 phone calls over 5 days to amend a simple train ticket, and they still haven't done it. If you email they don't respond and when you call they say its done and don't do it. Over this time the price of the ticket has gone up, and on top of that, clarity want to take a 30 fee even though the booking is free to amend by the carrier. Unfortunately I am stuck with Clarity because my employer uses them for business travel. If you have a choice and respect your time, avoid.
