I have booked flight tickets through Indra travel services for my parents. I have opted for wheel chair assistance for them. Since I had booked to fly to India in April 2020. Flights got cancelled and they have not refunded my money. Since hearing that other who booked later than myself they have had their refunds. They do not get back to you and are not willing to help. I feel that it's been long enough and customer service and care should be paramount. Since this lock down I've had my refund after many emails and enquiries and they have had the audacity to charge me 50per person for administration.
They charge for the booking at extremely high rates then we get charged for a global pandemic, yet they very possibly got a furlough from the government. They are not correct

A good knowledgeable and pleasant staff. I am happy with the efficient and professional service for organising our family holidays in Goa, Mumbai & Delhi including visas to India and travel within India by land and air. I had to travel to New Delhi at short notice and contacted Indra Travel in East London. They quickly gave me the flight options and I wanted to travel with Air India. I called a few other Travel Agencies and found Indra Travel to be the cheapest. I needed a visa for India and they arranged a E Visa which was sorted out in 24 hours. For sure I will be using Indra Travel again for all my travel needs.
