Wouldn't recommend - paid 11,000 for 2 people for 2 weeks. Poor communication with third party companies, poor standard of accommodation (more money for them!). You can book this with other people for a fraction of the cost and better standard of holiday. They also don't take responsibility if you have any problems out there. ALSO - NOTE THEY DELETE BAD REVIEWS FROM GOOGLE (as I've just discovered) to make themselves look like they have better ratings. REPLY - travelled 8th May -25th May, 2 travellers. Booked with Annerys.
I emailed with no reply - and NO questionnaire was ever sent to me to give feedback. Do you only give questionnaires to travellers who will give good feedback? No compensation was given either. REPLY 2 - I kept in regular contact with Annerys during my trip with all the problems (please check your emails - you should still have these). I also contacted you after my trip and was advised nothing could be done (including NO COMPENSATION) and definitely no feedback questionnaire was sent (I regularly check my junk folder) and I would have kept an eye out for this.
I'm sorry to say but your company is very dishonest, you do NOT take feedback and you rely on selling yourself with fake good reviews). Still to this day no one has contacted me - you will have my number on file if you still wish to do so.
