Airline cancelled flight informed no charge to change date. Flightcatcher have charged me 15 for each ticket change. Airline said this should be free ask them to ring to them, they won't. Not happy avoid use another company. They are cheap online but once you buy your ticket they want to make money even if the airline it self is willing to do it free of charge.

Booked a family holiday to Istanbul for May 2022. Had no issues at all and fortunately didn't have any flight rescheduling/cancellations or connection flights. Personally didn't have any issues with this company from booking right through to actual holiday although the bad reviews did stress me out prior to the date. Just glad we managed to have a lovely holiday with no problems.

I don't trust this company, I tried to book a flight to Istanbul, after I did the payment by entering my card details it was saying that my card was declined, I know there was no reason to be declined therefore I called them to clarify, the customer service man told me because your card was declined the prices gone up, I asked by how much, he told me that they have gone up by more than 100 per passenger. Any one can understand what they are doing.

I really do feel for the people who have been let down by flightcatchers. Personally I had no problems with any of my flights. They're not travel agents though, they are flight ticket broker's. You will always get stung hard with any company like this if you have to make changes to your flights. I had a really great price from them, 650 return via Emirates, Birmingham to Bangkok.

I can't give them 5 stars because after reading all the reviews before my flight really stressed me out. A good thing to do when booking with these type of company's is to go onto the airline website and complete all the advance booking information yourself. You can do this with your flight booking number. This will let you change your name, register your e ticket, book a seat (will have to pay extra for that if its before check in) and check in 48 hours before your flights. Hope this has helped someone.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. said they would give us a refund of OUR money STILL waiting nearly 5 months now. They NEVER answer the phone and when they can never deal with the issue. ZERO customer service and ZERO people skills. Always say they will call back in half an hour but hear nothing. Will be taking this further for sure. If I could put 0 stars I would.

This company is the most unprofessional i have ever seen. They actually work from Pakistan and they have a fake office in Hounslow. They should be ashamed of themselves for lying. My flight got cancelled so they wanted me to pay extra to reschedule even though Turkish airlines does it free of charge. With the headache of reaching out to someone who wouldn't hang up the phone on my face.

I emailed to cancel through their portal. They took 50 for admin fee. I thought whatever as long as i get my refund. They told me its going to take 6-8 weeks. I waited patiently. 8 weeks later NOTHING was refunded. I called they said a week. I waited. NOTHING refunded. Honestly save yourself an headache and book through the airline and not through a cheap, unprofessional company like this. Please avoid avoid avoid this company

Terrible customer service. Bought tickets online. Fine until this point. Then I get a call from an agent trying to sell me some additional products. I was unclear what they were trying to sell me so I asked to have the offer in writing. Their emails were vague and caused further confusion. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was refused. Few weeks later I get an automated email saying my flight details had changed "as per below". The email also asked us to contact them "for further information". I emailed the same agent as before and have not received a response. Really unprofessional.

Flights changed and cancelled, no answer on the phone and no reply to multiple emails sent. Trip advisor reviews definitely not legitimate. Claiming 500+ back via travel insurance. Avoid at all costs, not a legitimate company and reported to sky scanner as they were advertised on their website

Bought a ticket, Could not travel due to Covid restrictions, asked them for a refund and they agreed to it and told me that i should get it in 6 to 8 weeks. It is now more than 4 months and i have not received my refund. I am trying to contact but of no avail. They are not Flight catchers, they are scam catchers. Absolutely Disgusted.

They are cheap online but once you buy your ticket they want to make money even if the airline it self is willing to do it free of charge. Customer service is next to nothing as when you call they are rude and the only thing on there mind is to get as much money out of you as they can without listening to you and what was told my the airline its self. They are fine if you are not making any changes at all.
