My mother has been trying to get a refund for flight that was cancelled due to covid since last January and she is still waiting despite numerous emails and phone calls with skywings. This is ridiculous how long she has been trying and yet she still does not have any money back. Do not recommend this company unless you want to throw your money away.

Very bad customer service I had booked 2 tickets during May but flights was not available at that time so I asked for my refund but they refused to pay. But in August they agreed to give me the refund 600 pounds whereas I paid 1070 pound for two tickets. As their is government regulations that agents and flight companies have to repay all the amount for the flight tickets between March to July they refused to do I'll never recommend this agency to anyone
