It is really difficult to find a travel agent where you can actually deal face-to-face with a person. Not only that, but it is really easy to access their 'shop': via Southgate tube and bus station or local parking (Asda) I found the staff very understanding of our travel plans. They were able to facilitate our need for split flights. Appropriate questions were asked to ensure a successful trip: passport expiry dates, insurance, Covid advice, transfers. I am very happy with the service received and would highly recommend.

We've dealt with Mike for many years, he arranged our honeymoon, trips in the UK and even flight tickets. I could not recommend Mike or Scotts Travel highly enough.

I don't normally use a Travel Agent but needed to quickly get to a loved one in the Caribbean who became suddenly very ill. Matt Sanders ( @scottstravel Southgate UK) is an absolutely brilliant Travel Agent who really cares about his customers and for whom nothing is a problem. Best of all, he is able to navigate the complexity of travel to a red listed country. Matt was literally an answer to prayer as I just couldn't think through the fog of emotions. Matt got me safely to Trinidad via Barbados and then back to Barbados to avoid quarantining for 10 days in the UK Matt also arranged for my husband to join me in Barbados Thank you Matt. You went way way way beyond expectations of excellent service

We usually go to cyprus ( paphos) twice a year for a month both times.t due to c ovid we had missed 2visits, as my partner is 95 it makes a huge difference to his physical health. So when the travel ban was lifted on May 17th we phoned scotts, ( we always use them) to find out the flight situation. The prices were good so we just give our preferred times of travel and they check for the best times and prices, nothing is too much trouble.

This time there were tests and paperwork to fill in. Charles and Mike helped me book the tests for coming back. We couldn't use their before you test, but they now have a drop box for tests in their shop. They helped with the paperwork.while in Cyprus they phoned us to find out how we got on. Even during problems filling in the passenger locator forms, you feel you can phone them for advice.our flight home was cancelled they sent the new flight details to the hotel to be printed out. Even with the 2+8 day tests when I had trouble they helped me, nothing is too much trouble. We have used them company years a nd will always recommend them thank you all

Very helpful service, even for modest travel arrangements. Especially grateful to Anne for an out of hours response. The company came highly recommended and I will definitely use them again.

I have used Scotts Travel many times & have always had fantastic services but I have never been happier that I booked my holidays through them than this year when not only have the team dealt with our various bookings but have dealt with the cancellations that followed. I wouldn't have wanted to to unravel bookings & chase refunds myself; I really appreciate what they have done

Scott's have always provided me with a first class personal service never more so than very recently when they negotiated a complete refund of our holiday cost to Tenerife due to the pandemic. They have my highest recommendation.

I was really upset when I had to cancel my Florida holiday yesterday because of the pending hurricane Irma (hope everyone will be ok), but Scotts Travel saved us and found us a great alternative at such short notice. Many people may not see the relevance of a high street travel agent any more. However having recently booked three holidays through Scott's Travel I can honestly say that there is a great sense of comfort booking with an established agent. Knowing that I am covered if any problems arise and making sure that I get the best available rooms and travel times. No stress.
