For a box store, the Best Buy chain keeps all the latest tech toys in stock. The best part of this chain is the great prices on open box specials.

Went for a Geek Squad appointment as I bought an iPad and needing help in setting it up. Daryl helped me and even though he was to give me only 20 minutes; he spent 45 minutes training this Senior who never owned an Apple product before. Terrific customer service and Covid safety protocols were inforced.

The shelves were stocked better than most places these days. The associates were friendly and more than one offered to provide assistance. I feel like that's becoming more and more of a rarity, these days, and I appreciated encountering employees who understood that their customer service job actually entails providing customer service. I didn't have any real interaction with any employees, so I don't feel a 5* rating is warranted, but they get 4*s for effort and a general clean store with employees who don't act as though you're cutting into their texting time by asking for help.

My daughter and I went to the cell phone counter and an associate(#1) informed me I would be helped immediately after the person they were helping. While waiting, another customer walked up and a second associate(#2) started helping them. Associate #1 finished helping their customer after 5 minutes then informed me that actually associate #2 would help me when they were done with their customer. We waited 5 more minutes while associate #1 chatted with friends and associate #2 helped a customer. And left with no assistance after waiting 10 minutes.

Got the run around on the phone. Transfered 3 times n last time person on Geek Squad phone kept cutting out. Kept telling him n like he did not care. Kept trying to sale me a universal remote. Not happy.

Today I'm giving (Sales Associate) Francisco five stars for his terrific and exceptional customer service. He was extremely articulate, knowledgeable, friendly and hard-working. Francisco made sure that all my questions were thoroughly answered. He even took the time to go over the warranty plans. I would definitely recommend this Best Buy location.

Ordered 2 TV's, a 55" and a 65", they were to be delivered on December 1st. After going home a re-measuring the space, I decided to change the 65" to a 77" and left the store with the same December 1 delivery and install date. Now I get a message from Best Buy that indicates I need to reschedule the delivery date. Very disappointed. I don't understand.
