I needed help with a booking for a train journey on the continent involving seat reservations with an Interrail pass, which was proving very tricky to accomplish on my own. Unlike some other sites, with TrainsEurope you can actually reach someone by phone to discuss your booking, and you know that you are dealing with someone who knows their stuff. Top quality service received from Trains Europe (Fas). Fas responded very quickly to my initial request (30 minutes) and all tickets were sorted out within the next hour. That same evening I realised I had made a huge error with my bookings (I booked one week too early - this was totally my fault as I confirmed the date several times to Fas), but to my huge surprise, Fas helped me sort this error out at 10pm the very same evening. Highly recommended.

TrainsEurope were super helpful and efficient. They organised our Interrail pass reservations for four journeys in minutes, after we had spent hours wrestling with the Interrail website (and finally discovered it couldn't do what we needed). Excellent service.

We had some real challenges trying to book interrail reservations on the TGV during French school holidays. Trains Europe not only got this sorted for us, but even managed to change the reservation at really short notice when Storm Eunice hit. Great service and really friendly (note - use email not their phone line!)
