Waste of resource. The only benefit of using Sarah Kline was for payments because this was a group trip. She did not provide essential information needed for this trip even as simple as needing a COVID test and company information for transportation. Her website is not user friendly therefore we had to contact her each time for confirmation of payments.
The hotel was beautiful and we had a great hotel experience however, my advise for anyone is you are better off using google and researching your own info than using Sarah's services.

I booked with Sarah for an anniversary trip to Cancun. She was lightning-fast in sending us package options and in answering any questions we had. She found a gorgeous all-inclusive resort and nonstop flights, so all we had to do was arrive and relax. I highly recommend Sarah and Time for Travel. I will most definitely book with them again.

I wanted a inclusive vacation a nonstop flight. Sarah set me up with a great vacation to Jamaica. The Riu Negril was excellent. It was clean great beach food and entertainment. The transportation arranged no hassle through Amistar. Using the Club Mobay was great to use in the airport. I am ready for another vacation.

My parents Jane and James Mcgehee had a two week sandals reservation in April. Due to the CV19 Jamaica stopped national travel and Sandals as well had to shut down. My mother was very sad as this is one of her favorite trips with all her friends (they meet up every year and have a BLAST). Obviously being sad was better then having CV19, but still not something that they wanted.
I can't imagine all the phone calls/emails Sandals received or Sarah from Time for Travel during the closer update. My parents reached out to Sarah regarding the dates they wanted to reschedule for and Sarah took no time at all to notify Sandals of the change and handle the re-booking for them. My parents knew Sandals would probably be sold out ASAP and were thankful Sarah was quick in changing the dates and making sure that the specific room they wanted was booked.
There is so much negativity going on right now, I am thankful that Sarah was able to make something easy for them, and now they have something to look forward to. My parents have been using Time for Travel, Sarah for 12 years now which shows how amazing Sarah is and the company. If you are looking for someone to help with your vacation, destination wedding and any kind of Sandals/Beaches stay definitely give Sarah a call.

Sarah booked our two week trip to Japan and Thailand. This is our first time traveling to either of the countries, so we were quite nervous and didn't know what to expect. Sarah booked our hotels, transfers to and from hotels to airports, and airline tickets. Hotels were excellent in terms of accommodations and locations. Private transfers were always on time or early.
Airline tickets were all setup nicely. Everything went very smoothly. On top of that, cost was more than reasonable. I look forward to booking future travels via Time for Travel Ltd.

Reached out to Sarah Kline to get a break down of the cost of room vs. flight etc. A group of family members are traveling and there was a cancellation I was hoping to fill but needed the cost of the room since I was booking my own airfare. Apparently this is not an easy question for them to answer. Hours later I was told "We are waiting on accounting to give us the room/air breakdown." Meanwhile the few available flights are being booked and still don't know the cost of the room?
I expressed my urgency and received, "We work in order of requests and I have a few still in front of your. Should be before 4pm today." Hum.am I waiting on accounting or you?.I need a quick price and this cannot be provided within 6 hours? from accounting or Sarah? (I dont know nor do they apparently). Dishonest, no concern for the customer, and no ability to answer a simple question.
Just got this: We open at 10am and serviced your file on a SUNDAY when our offices were closed. "We contacted the hotel/insurance and accounting at 1116am after multiple communications with XXXX. Its a package fare so no not "easy" to obtain for an accurate figure. The current hold time is 287 minutes by phone so typically email is faster and a request in writing is required when submitting an insurance claim. So sorry if this is not up to your customer service standards but this is how the process works. Have a lovely day!" All I can say is WOW!

Doris was AMAZING! I'd used Time for Travel a few years ago for a trip to the Domincan Republic and had a good experience, so when it came to planning a European trip for my dad's 60th, I reached out. Doris gave me several options within my budget and timeframe. The payment plan made it easy to afford and they sent a lovely booklet with our itinerary in it.
I will definitely use them again. My dad and I had a great time in London, Paris & Amsterdam that included car service, flights, trains, tours and hotels - for a reasonable price! They made something that could have been stressful, really easy.

I am a novice when it comes to cruises and contacted Time For Travel for assistance. I spoke to Doris and she found an awesome deal. I simply needed to discuss the logistics with my wife before finalizing. I contacted Doris the next day and she told me the deal was no longer available and that I should have given her my name to "hold" the reservation. Doris never asked for my name or any other information to "hold the cruise.
Not sure if she thought I wasn't serious about booking a cruise but very disappointed with her assistance or lack thereof. Simply wish Doris had been more proactive and extended the offer to "hold" the reservation.

I called Time for Travel when we had a death in the family and needed to travel from Maryland to Puerto Rico. The staff was very helpful and setup my trip within an hour. We left for Puerto Rico the next morning. Time for Travel arranged our air, hotel, and rental car. Not only did they make our last minute plans quickly, but we had amazing accommodations (non-stop flight, clean hotel, and a convenient car). Thanks for all your help!
