This company left us stranded in Italy. After the undependable Scandanavian airlines canceled our flight, when jetline rebooked it, they did not include a connection to the US. Instead they booked us from Italy to Copenhagen, but left us hanging without any way to get back to the US telling us there was no flights to the US until July 3rd which was 8 days AWAY.
In addition they: Charged $300 for baggage fees but the airline wanted to charge $144/bag -Told us that we come back on a certain day, but there was no flight out that day. -promised 2 excursions but didn't give them to us even after we asked for them multiple times. -kept asking us to give them time to look into the lack of a connection in Copenhagen, but 24 hours later, still haven't gotten back to us. We called TravelZoo, who they contract with, but all they could tell us was jetline is looking into it. Stay far, far away from these people.

I'm writing this while on hold with Jetline. I originally booked a trip in 2020 for early 2021. Two weeks before the scheduled departure travel was shut down. I was given a voucher equal to what I paid. All fine so far. Now I'm trying to rebook. Current prices on tours are higher, I get that. Original trip was on Iceland Air direct from Boston.
Initially I was told no direct flights from Boston were available, to reschedule there would be three connecting flights at a $500 premium to my original trip. I agreed and was told they would have to check on flight availability, they would get back to me the following day. Next day, no return call. Called the next day, Friday, agent was on break, will call me back but no return call. Tried again on Monday, left another message. Called on Tuesday, same run around so I spoke with customer service.
Customer service explained the agent was on break but would call back when he returned in an hour. Two hours later I tried calling again and the agent (Hayden) picked up! Immediately placed on hold while he confirmed the flights. Now he was offering direct flights for $800 over the original price, $250 over the previous quote. He also offered a refund, available when they receive the credit back from the original airline. Tired of these people, will cut my losses. Will wait for the refund. In the meantime, will advise everyone to avoid Jetline.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I booked and paid for a holiday with this company in December 2019 to travel to Venice in March 2020. The holiday was cancelled due to Covid. I have spent the last 2 years trying to get our money back, so much so I had to take the company to Civil Court. All the way through this ordeal I was offered compensation ranging from 440 vouchers towards another holiday to 600 cash. Bearing in mind the holiday cost 1,200.00.
I eventually won the court case on 22nd April this year. Even then the company were given until 13th May at 1600hrs to settle the account and they failed to do so. Eventually they paid the cost of the holiday 1,200 but took their time paying costs and interest which I was awarded. They disputed the fact that we were going to court stating they weren't aware of the court proceedings even though I had informed them via recorded delivery. You book with this company at your own peril

Avoid this company like the plague! Staff have no idea what they are selling. If you ask a question they haven't a clue. Paid for extra leg room on our flight, then told there wasn't any available so they had 'upgraded' our room at hotel. This upgraded room overlooked a car park, but was described as a 'superior garden room'. Incidentally all rooms at this hotel overlooked a garden!
We were sold a trips package that was 80 pp more expensive than purchasing at the destination. River cruise was described as 5* but was no more than 3* at best. Contacted the firm after our return to get a breakdown of all our costs, claimed they could not provide this. Asked to speak to a manager, surprise surprise, non available. Asked for a call back. None received

Worst company to deal with ever! My flights were changed less than two weeks before departure that included a 30hr layover on both the arrival and departure flights! I paid for an automatic car rental a year in advance and was told two weeks prior to my flight that they didn't have any automatic cars and that I had to pay another $300 to go through a different company.
When I arrived at my hotel, it was the wrong one even after I had requested all the hotel info again one week before departure! They sent me to another hotel which also did not have a reservation for me! Ended up costing a lot more than originally planned of course and for the worst flights ever. I should have booked on my own, paid the money and got great flights.

If you want a travel agent that holds your hand they're not for you. If you want a well-organised trip, they're fine. Good choice of hotel and all the travel arrangements went smoothly. Four star rather than five just because of their lack of communication over the return collection. I'd book with them again

I booked a trip to Greece for my family through Travelzoo and was referred to Jetline Holidays which is out of London, UK. They constantly push you to upgrade pushing up the advertised price by more than 100%. The hotel in Santorini was in such a remote place that we had to walk over a mile to catch a tour bus. Ferry vouchers were not sent as promised and I had to call and request that they be sent.
I sent messages to the agent I first spoke with and he never responded to my emails. When I tried to do a preflight check in I kept getting messages that my email address was invalid. only to discover that I had to use the Jetliner email address not mine. So many little details were left out making my dream vacation a nightmare. I am a 75 year old woman and what Jetline put me through was unforgivable.

Absolutely rubbish company. They send bargain holiday emails on a daily basis - you ring them to buy one.there are always added 'fees' that aren't shown on their website. Contacting them is a pain.they say they're based in London, but all are Indian speakers. Poor customer service - I've emailed twice to ask for a cancellation email (can't travel due to illness) they offer a reduced amount voucher, moving the holiday would be at the normal rate - extortionate. You look for other holidays on their website - when you enquire, that hotel if fully booked, so they offer an alternative which is cheaper and not good quality. AVOID!

Dealing with this company is like trying to reason with a bunch of juvenile psychopaths. We had a tripped booked, but for reasons beyond our control, needed to cancel. We provided the requested documentation within a few days, but that was the end of it. We have not been able to reschedule, we have not gotten ANY form of reimbursement. We do however, occasionally get responses from Colin or Gary that they are looking into our issue. IT HAS BEEN SEVEN MONTHS and nothing but BS back from them.
All they do is lie, and they're not even good at that. We are out about $4500 and I cannot help but think these clowns have pocketed a good amount of the money themselves. DO NOT, REPEAT DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Its a scam! They draw you in with a promotional pricing only to up sell you with a higher package that I didn't want. Its a shame Travelzoo was the third party to promote Jetline since I had used Travelzoo in the past to book with Gate1 which was an incredibly experience from start to finish. Read the real reviews for Jetline, they are awful!

We booked our trip with Jetlines in 2019 but had to put it off and rebook because of covid. We took our trip on April 5th, 2022, and returned on April 15th, 2022. I first want to say we met 3 other couples at our first hotel and all of them had horror stories about booking with Jetliners. This is our experience. Our trip was advertised as a trip to Ischia and Sorento.
We added another two nights in Sorrento and an excursion to Pompei through Jetlines, In December they called my sister-in-law who booked the trip and told her my flight had changed from a 3-hour layover in Paris to a 1-hour layover in Paris. She said this does not give her much time and they did not say much. When we first booked our trip in 2019 we received our itinerary immediately.
We rebooked in the fall of 2021 and we received our flight information, but not the itinerary. We called several times for the itinerary and were told we will get it 10 days before we leave. I called several times and asked for the new flight information and I was told I would get the new information within 24 hours, this never happened. I never did receive this.
I did have my booking number with Delta so I looked it up and after doing some research I found most people thought you needed at least 90 minutes to change planes in Paris. The airline is showing I can change the flight because there was such a significant change. We are now getting close to our departure date. We called the booking agent and he said we would get it within 10 days.
Here we are 8 days out and we still do not have it, we were dealing with a man named Craig who booked this for us. He told us he would reach out to the contacting Company who is Jetliners and we would have it within 24 hours, needless to say, we finally got it 5 days before departure. My flight itinerary is still showing the old flight information.
I have a 3-hour layover, I again called several times and they finally sent the new flight information. I called and told them I did not think I would have enough time to make my connecting flight in Paris. They said they would contact their supplier and get back to me, but I could call the airlines. I called the airlines and after 45 minutes on the phone where they found me a different flight itinerary and went to change it, but came back on the phone and said sorry this was not booked by you so the supplier has to call it and change it, of course, it is now Saturday and we leave in 4 days and they cannot have anyone help me until Monday.
I called back on Monday and they told me, sorry, but they had called my sister-in-law back in December and if she did not like it she should have said something then. After talking to my sister in law they did not offer or tell her there was an option to change it and did not ask her if it was ok. We looked through the itinerary and noticed that the pickup time at the airport to get to the Ferry was 3 hours before my sister-in-law was to land in Naples.
After many phone calls the day we left we received the information we needed to be picked up at the airport. We got to Ischia and the hotel was nice and everything seemed to be ok at this time, we were supposed to get a tour of the Island by boat and another excursion was to be offered to Capri. our itinerary showed the boat excursion to be on Friday and then we received an updated itinerary in which the boat ride was to be moved to Saturday, so we rearranged some plans showed up in the lobby where we were met with the lady who said the boat ride was changed from a boat to a bus did they not tell us this, not they did not. there were not any other excursions offered.
We spent our 3 nights in Ischia and are to be transferred to Sorrento. We take the Ferry back to Naples and two other couples are traveling with us who booked the same trip. When getting in the van we ask about the hotel in Sorrento and we are told we and one other couple are going to a hotel in Castellammare Di Stabia which is 18km from Sorrento, a 35-minute train ride. we pull into a large parking lot that has two large hotels which have been abandoned, broken windows and garbage lying around.
We continue on for another while through this parking lot and arrive at the Hotel Eutopia Stabia. I am in shock at this point. Where is this hotel? We have booked all our excursions in Sorrento. We got to the hotel and the hotel was not bad. It is clean and nice but in the middle of nowhere. It is Sunday and the hotel tells us they have a shuttle, but it costs to go anywhere 10 Euro per person to get to the closest restaurant which just happens to be owned by them.
It costs 150 Euro to get to the train station. We walk to the restaurant which is about a 35-minute walk and get back to the hotel where we find two large buses that have dropped off loads of high school students who are loudly banging on doors running the halls. We call down at 10 pm and ask if they can stop the noise. They said they would talk to the teachers, bu

Had booked a trip back in 2020 for Italy traveling 2021 Pay for upgrades like better flights and an extra night then as the trip got closer and we asked for a documentation of our itinerary nothing matched what we were sent. When we called to ask about the flight upgrades we paid for they said they were canceled not true when looking through Google and the airline website they just never booked them and did not give our money back. Started looking at the supposed 4 star hotels all were 3 star with just ok reviews.
That's not even the worst part we asked for our train tickets should be rep called us and said all trains were canceled or running extremely slow so we should take the bus from Rome, Florence and Venice and Would be faster than trains. I called up a friend of mine that lives in Italy and he was like what are they talking about trains are running fine no issues.
When we told the travel agent this he got upset and did not want to give us trains and told us to book them ourselves. I booked differently from the group so i just ask for a refund still have not gotten it and booked my own trip for half of the cost with nicer hotels and direct flights. Almost 9 months later they reached out to me and said I have a credit with them I said OK I have a trip coming up I will use it for the hotel.
I sent her the hotel I wanted per the amount of the voucher I was able to book 2 rooms according to the hotel website. The agent came back and said great it's just 300 per person extra. I asked her how is that possible that I can book it cheaper then you. Still no response. This company is a big scam. They will put you on the cheapest flights with 2 or 3 stops and hotels that are no where near what you would think your getting for what you paid for. I felt so bad for the group that went us they were not even in the city in veince and almost a mile work from the train station. RUN RUN RUN AWAY.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. Whatever you do DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Worst customer service we've ever dealt with. Basically a bate and switch. Due to covid restrictions we had to cancel our Iceland vacation. Jetline advised us we would have a credit. Now the nightmare begins. Trying to get our representative Gary to call us back was impossible.
Always some excuse as to why he isn't there. Apparently no one else can help. We even spoke to the Sales Manager Jack but not helpful. We've spent the last month trying to use our credits for 8 people, over $8600.00. All we got was them wanting more money to book same Iceland trip or even Mexico. We asked for a refund. I don't believe any of the positive reviews here and any of them stating the agent's names were English or American names are also a lie. This appears to be an Indian Company, I believe based out of the UK?, and they are not upfront and transparent, their customer service is the worst, and they are all about getting your money at the highest amount possible.
I paid $500 to upgrade my flight to a better flight time and more luggage capability, only to later research the same flight and find out that there was a special promotion on Turkish Airlines for $486 for the same flight and luggage capability. So, in essence, I wasn't paying an upgrade, but the basic fare on top of what I was already spending for the basic package.
Then later, when I tried to cancel, I called four times, was promised a call back four times which never happened, and then ultimately was told no, that out of my $3500 that I paid overall, if I cancelled, I would only get $800 back. Just ridiculous. I would have been better off booking the entire trip myself so that I would have complete control over it. Don't trust these guys.
They are not out to help you, work with you, be honest and transparent with you, and make sure that no matter what happens you get your money's worth. They are only there to take from you and take advantage of you. I don't know how these guys are allowed to be in business. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Do not do business with this company! They are trying to SCAM me. We have had by far the worst experience with Jetline Holidays. Jetline has today 3/1/22 requested a refund for our flights from French Bee airline and are trying to charge us additional retail market value for the new flights we would like. We are already $3000+ into this vacation "package" (aka SCAM) and they are wanting to charge us an additional $1900+ to change our dates.
I will never do a "bargain" trip again. The customer service is terrible. You have to deal with only your own travel agent ours name is Robyn; who has a thick accent and communicates only by phone. I honestly don't even want to go on this trip anymore. Jetline Holidays has turned this into a nightmare! DO NOT BOOK THREW THIS COMPANY!

Scam, went thur travelzoo. Com bought me to these guys, ok what they did right, well the hotels were nice What they did wrong every fight was wrong paid for a direct flight NOPE, had to go thur england waste of hours, that was 500 bucks that i paid extra Well then i was booked on th plane to maccioa, well I wasn't, great job and another, 300 dollars down the drain, also had to take another cab and hotel, 300 bucks gone Than i had to pay to get back to marid, well that was another 200 buck Ok of anyone wants proof my Email is bkbarile@yahoo I have paper work and proof, they offered me 150 dollars in credit and travelzoo. My experience with Jetline Holidays was great. We originally booked in 2019 for a November 2020 trip to Spain. Obviously, we had to cancel and reschedule for December 2021. The staff was great and made the changes quickly and easily. The hotels were cute boutique hotels in great locations. As far as airlines within Spain, yes baggage would have cost extra, but we travel efficiently with a backpack only so it was not an issues. Overall, super pleased with Jetline Holidays. Would use them again.

We trusted Travelzoo to research their recommended vacations. A beautiful trip to Bali with 100% refund if you can't go due to Covid restrictions. *** Jetline Vacations & Travelzoo will say anything to get your money. *** Bali is requiring a 14 day quarantine in their quarantine hotel. I'm not flying all the way to Bali to stay locked up in a government hotel only to fly home 10 days later for gobs of money. Jetline says they will not refund my money. They require I reschedule and I have to pay more to do that because the prices have gone up since we booked. We just want our money back.

I'm writing a negative review for this place anywhere possible to people will know how this company treats people. Long story short, I booked a vacation for 2 people but because of COVID-19 restrictions that kept changing, the 2 travelers couldn't go. The country has a quarantine rule that's the same duration as the actual trip. Tried to contact Jetline for a refund, they kept beating around the bush for months.
They kept trying to call us to issue a credit note which we don't want as we don't know when the 2 people will be able to travel again. Instead of simply sending an email to us and just issuing the refund via credit card, they hastily sent us a credit note without our permission. I dislike that they keep trying to get us on the phone at the most inconvenient times on top of the fact that I need things in writing, not by phone.
They can tell you anything by phone and you won't have proof. I could guarantee if I was a "more popular influencer" and talked about my poor experience with them everywhere social media, this company would refund me immediately.

Scam artists and thieves! Have been waiting over a YEAR for these hustlers to refund my $1500! Based on all the negative reviews and unfavorable articles about Jetline, it appears that thievery is part of their business model. One of the most horrific excuses for a company I'm dealt with in my LIFE. *And I just read that these worthless, dishonest people also received GOVERNMENT money due to Covid shutdowns! So, they're making -- and TAKING -- money, hand over fist. BUYER BEWARE: Jetline operates under various names including Jetline Holidays, Jetline Vacations, Jetline Cruises, etc. * DON'T BE FOOLED BY THESE SEEDY SNAKE OIL SALESMEN!

I booked a trip to Italy with this company. It was a disaster from start to finish! After 30 hours of travel the hotel did not have a reservation. Since it was a big August holiday in Italy, hotels were full. I was moved 4 times in 1 week sometimes to a hotel not where I wanted to be. I called the company and they said it was the "suppliers" fault not theirs.
I said that you are my supplier! They were rude on the phone! Also, the package I booked and paid for included a pizza class, boat tour of Ischia and a trip to Procida. None of that was provided in addition to the hotel disaster! Again, Jetline via phone told me to check with the provider! I asked for a $650 return of my $2400 trip and they denied it. I have booked over 50 trips and cruises and never in my life have an experience this bad. DON'T DO IT!

This is by far the worst travel agency I have ever dealt with. We booked a trip to Croatia for April 2020. The flights were cancelled due to the pandemic. We re-booked the trip for the same time in 2021. This is when the 'fun' started. They charged us another $500 booking fee. I went to the airlines' website to get our seat assignments and discovered they had given us a 'lite' booking- carry-on luggage only.
This meant we had to buy our seats and pay for luggage on all 4 segments, an additional $450. Plus they did not provide all the transfers. We initially had 3 and now only 2. I contacted them regarding this and the agent said he would check into it. After 2 months of not hearing back, we decided to completely cancel this trip. When I spoke to their agent, he said there would be 'issues' if I canceled immediately and that I should wait until 30 days prior to departure (this is to see if the airline cancels first).
I started digging into them more and discovered there are over 200 people who were cheated out of their refunds. I'm hoping we can get our money back, but from what I have found out recently, I'm not very optimistic. I will NEVER use this company again and advise against any future travelers in using them.

Our trip was scheduled for April 9 - April 20th. We called on March 13th with concern over the COVID19 and we were told that if the airlines and hotels cancel we would get a full refund. Everything was cancelled two days later, and suddenly we couldn't get ahold of Jetline. We got an email saying they had closed up shop and turned off their phones.
I called Turkish Airlines and they said that they did refund our money to Jetline. Now Jetline has reached out and are claiming that the airline is refusing to refund us. I called Turkish Airlines again, and again they say that Jetline has our money and we need to get it from them. They are liars, crooks and frauds. Read the other reviews about them all over the internet. From the comments on their social media pages, they've clearly defrauded hundreds of other vacations. It's time for a class-action lawsuit.
