DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - They change the booking dates, tell you its your fault and that you put the wrong dates in (we checked the dates twice as they were for a friends wedding in Dubai in 2023), we checked the price and when we got the confirmation, they had put the dates down for 10 days time! Leaving little or no time to dispute this. No tickets had been issued by the airline (we called to check), but Travel Junction would only give a refund if we paid extortionate fees (800 out of the 1000 we paid), alternatively we could pay an extra 700 to change the dates (700 more than the flights on the dates we wanted originally were, because we checked), and were then pressure sold saying we had to make a decision within 1 hour as that member of staff was going home (Yana) and that the price would increase. All staff were rude, and has caused nothing but stress, they do not help, they just scam you out of money.

The service was exceptional. Extremely kind and accommodating staff. After finding a great price, for other reasons I had to cancel my flight and they accommodated my needs perfectly and swiftly. I will definitely be using their services again.

Called by agency team after booking to confirm all legit& good, patient to answer questions & give information. Helping in getting policy adjustment ( cancellation option for a small fee). Got all tickets sorted for relative good price considering was a bit last minute. Sam M was nice & patient & helpful. When I reported the experience in New York's Newark airport was not good, Sam sent a complementary/ compensate Voucher, even was not directly their fault. Only suggestion is don't be overly polite and maybe work ok phrasing:)

Recently booked flights with this company (Jan 2022). Our return flight was cancelled by the airline and we were placed on a 1 stop flight very early that same day. I found another flight that left 12 hours later than our original flight. This was a direct flight & thus closest to our original cancelled flight. They tried to charge us 665 extra to change to this time!

Absolutely ridiculous. When I complained and pointed out this was unfair given our original flight had been cancelled, they simply didn't respond. When we got to the airport the airline changed our return flight free of charge! Very poor customer service - will only respond if they feel they can get more money out of you. When you make a legitimate complaint or even wish to discuss something - they will not respond. Unprofessional, poor ethical and trading standards.

Likely to lose your money & incur high hidden extra costs. Very disappointed by their service; will never use again and would encourage others to avoid at all costs. I will be making a complaint to the trading standards given their attempt to charge 665 extra without due cause and a lack of transparency, complaint process and basic customer care.

I booked a flight with united through TJ. Travel junction called me after I booked it stating there are only 1 seat ( I purchased 2) and we have to change a flight. They would not let me cancel said it's non refundable. Even though thie policy states by midnight same day you can cancel. They put me on frontier airlines and said they would save me 100 bucks.

I ended up paying the same 800 and they purchased the flight for 377. They straight up scammed me and would not return my calls for they kept forwarding it to a hold line. I had my fiance call on her phone they picked right up. So now I have a worse airline, worse times for arrivals and departure and now I have to pay extra for baggage and seat selections.

I knew something was fishy but I spent all day planning a vacation because me and my fiance are very depressed and tired. We are both nurses who have endured the pandemic and we need a break. I will never book with travel junction again or any third party for that matter, lessoned learned. Also on my ticket for frontier airlines it had different credit card different contact info and email.

So shady. People disgust me in this world. (Sorry about grammar I'm am so upset with myself) they also kept insisting I give my CC info straight over the phone. Horrible company based out of UK super shady they prob are operating in a grandmother's basement. Also one of the men named Jacob promised me a bagged voucher and never called bk. He was middle eastern, bad English, and named Jacob find that a lil hard to believe.

Not even worth a star rating, they are absolute scammers! I booked a return flight and the very next day they had told me a flight that isn't due until May was already cancelled. When I asked which flight and why they hadn't emailed me any information on this, they couldn't answer. I asked for an email confirming what they rang me saying, but they wouldn't not provide me with one.

Until I proved to them that the flight that they had apparently said was cancelled was still available on the airlines website. I am waiting on a full refund from them now. But I wouldn't recommend them. Please stay away! And also report them and sky scanner for even allowing them to show up on their search engine!

Surprised the scam is still going. Booked a flight with them in 2020. Not really sure where to begin it is just one excuse after another to try and extract as much money from you as possible. They will try to rip you off by all means possible. In the end my flights were cancelled due to COVID and they refused to provide a refund even though the airline was providing cash refunds. All-in-all had to go through credit card provider to get the money back. They are not a legit company and do not follow laws or regulations. Scam call centre

I found dealing with travel Junction to be completely hasselt free and their follow up phone call was a pleasant surprise and helpful. And the best part was obviously the price of my airfare. Can't praise then enough

DO NOT USE THIS AGENT! MY flight was cancelled by the airline who confirmed that they have refunded Travel Junction, yet Travel Junction are disputing giving me a refund! The flight was cancelled but was rescheduled for 5 hours later that day. Travel Junction never gave me the detail of a rebooked flight but seem to have expected that I should have gotten that flight! Have you ever heard anything like it? It is in dispute with the credit card company now. NEVER EVER BOOK WITH THESE CROOKS
